The Thames Pool Access Resort & Villa recensioner

Hi, In general everything good. We had problems with bathroom, when we took a shower water was everywhere and doesn’t have ventilation in bathroom. Ours villa was clean and staff keep well ours room. We are spent lovely time🥰

There is a lot of parking space, it is convenient, there is a TOP supermarket nearby. Next time I come to Phuket, I will come again.

The hotel reception was very helpful and sweet. The facilities were great, big bathroom, big balcony, decent swimming pool, parking area. My only complaint is the smell in the room was very unpleasant and water smell very rusty.

Clean room! Nice pool, especially if you like to swim laps. Staff was friendly and helpful when we ran into a problem. Room was a bit wonky, but our priorities were cleanliness, pool, and a good price—which is what we got.

Close to big Buddha and a lot of restaurants near by. The hotel is quiet and not a lot of people at the pool access which is good.

Hotel is 2-3 stars only, rooms are ok but could be better a little outdated.

The location is good, kinda in the middle of tourist locations. You can literally see the Big Buddha from the hotels entrance. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest, you literally have to stand your ground with her. But overall, good place for a group of people, as villas sleep 8. I think some rooms can be fixed up a little bit as well as the beds, as they weren't so comfy. But a decent stay I'd say.

The receptionist was missing when checking out, not 1 staff member is available. No airport shuttle service to the hotel, and not much security. The location is far from most tourist attractions. Villa bedrooms are nice, clean and spacious.

現地のホテルに到着したのが、13時ごろで良くも悪くもチェックイン時間である14時までロビーで待った。時間になり部屋に案内されると、指定していたツインベッドルームでなくダブルベッドルームであった。困ると伝えると15分程度で作り替えてくれた。 部屋自体は清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も悪くない。 ただ、また泊まりたいかと言うとそこまでではない。

Небольшой, но очень милый и уютный отель. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, далековато но цена-качество на 100!

Отличный отель, отличный сервис! Расположение хорошее, но для тех у кого есть машина или байк.
