Power kept shutting off and circuit breaker kept popping. complained to the phone number of the property manager and they told us to book with another hotel because they couldn't fix it and that they would refund the whole thing. I booked holiday inn nearby and then they wouldn't refund me. I tried calling again repeatedly and they kept declining my call and never picked up. Trip.com wasn't very helpful either and wouldnt refund me. Terrible, non-existent service. They cited that the booking is under the cancellation policy and they won't refund me. their own hotel rep told me he spoke with management and told me to go ahead and book another property. What a scam. About the property itself - not the best location - it's quite a bit inwards into quiet streets, doesn't feel entirely safe. Plus the room itself felt a lot dingier than in the picture. It's not a hotel - it's a condo that have individual rooms rented out. The front staff don't work for the property management company. There's far better options for the same money.
