Personalen var oförskämd, incheckningen var kl. 15.00 men rummet var inte klart på 30 minuter och receptionen var packad med bagage. Hotellet är så långt från allt, bara 1 restaurang i närheten. Utsikten från rummet var bara skräp på ett fält och poolen är för grund för att simma i och bara cirka 2 meter till kajak (vilket är smutsigt & inte klart). Frukost var AWFUL & handdukar var smutsiga

Det gick att instagramma men det var inte värt det. Servicearbetarna hade en riktigt dålig attityd. Den klara kajaken var dock gratis att göra så det är bra.

Först. Jag undrar hur det säkrar ett 5-stjärnigt eftersom incheckningen i receptionen är oprofessionell och klär sig som om de precis kom ut från köket. Gymmet är litet. Ett litet café som du måste klämma från personen bakom och din plats är bara 20 cm från bordet bredvid. Om ingen bil. Rekommenderas inte och motiverar inte eftersom det är långt ifrån allt. Också. De har en liten delfinleksak som du antar att hänga utanför. Förvara det på ett säkert sätt eftersom det kan se ut som usd3-leksak. Men när de hävdar att det inte finns mer där eftersom det inte finns något sätt vi tar saken. De debiterar dig 12 usd för det.

The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities in the room. Loved the nuts and drinks that we got complimentary in the room. The pool was clean too.

Our stay at Panwaburi Beachfront Resort was a mixed experience, combining breathtaking views with disappointing hygiene and service. Hygiene & Cleanliness (1/5) The hygiene was simply terrible—cobwebs in the shower, a dirty floor in the bedroom, and even the reception area was visibly unclean. The rooftop pool was in shocking condition, with discarded limes, hair, and general dirt floating in the water. Even basic facilities like the sauna weren’t functioning, and with a small crew of staff, it was difficult to find assistance. Facilities & Amenities (3/5) The hotel technically ticks the boxes for a five-star experience with a gym, sauna, and pools, but in reality, the maintenance is severely lacking. The main Instagram-famous pool with canoes is the star attraction, drawing in many visitors just for photography. If you're keen on getting good shots, it's best to go early in the morning before the crowds. Service & Convenience (2/5) We arrived around 10 PM, feeling a bit hungry, but the room service didn’t work. Thankfully, Grab was a lifesaver, but at this price point, you’d expect functional service. Scenery & Atmosphere (4/5) The views are stunning, and for social media enthusiasts, the aesthetic appeal of the pool area makes for fantastic photography. However, beyond the visuals, the experience falls short. Overall Rating: 2/5 – Style Over Substance If you're looking for a picturesque Instagram backdrop, Panwaburi Beachfront Resort might work for you. However, if you prioritize hygiene, service, and functionality, this hotel is best avoided.

Bad shower experience due to the unstable irritating water temperature. Also wash basin faucet being shaky too, quality like those for outdoors . The rest were ok.

A good experience. The hotel is very nice especially the swimming pools The hotel is clean. It has a small but nice beach just opposite which is really convenient. Service is top notch. We had a very nice floating breakfast. It is far away from other places even Phuket's old town. The water pressure in the washroom bidet was not controllable and was very high. Shower pressure was slow and was changing by itself. If you do not care about the location, a lovely place to stay.

It was really nice. I love the hotel so much. Unfortunately we have been there only for one knight, you have to stay there at least 3-5 knights to enjoy everything

Clean and spacious room, the pool is really beautiful and we can do kayaking. The hotel is not really near the city center.

It was super nice hotel. The room was super clean and the service was so good. The service guy can speak little bit of Japanese. The rooftop bar was good and the main pool area was just like I saw on Tiktok. Private pool inside the hotel was small yet it was facing the ocean so it was nice when the sunset. Only few minutes walk from nice beach and local markets in 10mins walk were super cheap. But I wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant food it was super mid.

For its price range, the hotel offered excellent value. The nearby Ay Yon Beach, one of the most relaxing beaches in Phuket, was uncrowded and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The Kao Khad Viewpoint, located just 2 km away, provided stunning sunset views. The hotel itself was clean, beautifully designed for Instagram-worthy photos, and staffed by friendly and accommodating personnel.
