Grace Patong Hotel recensioner

The hotel Location is near to Jungceylon mall and Banzaan fresh market. Walking distance around 7-8 mins to Patong beach. So far so good.

Great stay. Place is clean and I felt safe within the hotel. The neighborhood is a little quieter than areas nearer Bangla. But popular places such as jungceylon, blanga and patong beach are within walking distance. Patong beach - about 20 min walk, jungceylon about 8-10 min walk. Near the hotel is a fresh food market and a boxing stadium. Fresh food market has a food street in the evenings. True about some noise from the stadium in late evenings. Hotel breakfast is reasonably priced with very good service.

I came here for the second time already. Nice quiet place. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is new and clean. If you come during the low season – it’s a good value for money option.

Small room but enough for solo travelers. Just far enough from noise. The location is perfect and good to reach everywhere. Room Service was bad.

Once again a fabulous stay at Grace Patong. They have made some improvements since I was there last, breakfast being one of them. They still offer free coffee every day after 12pm. Staff are exceptional, so helpful and cheerful

Great hotel, very nice location within 10mins to bangla road. Nearby 7E & staff very friendly and able to speak in english. Will repeat again ! Kudos

The location is good .walk 500m to arrive Jungceylon mall. And nearest to Patong beach.

Turndown service was not satisfactory. Used amenities was not automatically replaced (eg toothpaste and toothbrush set). Toilet paper 3/4 used was not replaced and had to request. Room is slightly crammed but okay since we're out most of the time. Bathroom water was not consistent. Keeps going cold for 3seconds before being scalding hot for 5-10seconds and stabalising for 1minute and repeat consistently throughout stay.

Very good location, near Jungceylon, and near Bazaar night market, very friendly staff.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Grace Patong as it is a new built hotel, very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything; Bangla night market, Jungceylon shopping mall, 7/11 store, pharmacy, money exchange and spa massage. Good location. They just have one iron for the whole hotel. One of the front desk ladies was aggressive.

Grace patong hotel balcony window was broken, therefore we need to change room. We ordered deluxe room but they lied it is deluxe room about superior room. We viewed another 2 rooms, third room was bigger than first & second. We asked which room type about third room they said it is deluxe room. ha ha. SCAM! And bedsheet was dirty ugh 🤢

Pro : New built hotel! Walking distance to Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road etc. Easily to get halal food at night (opposite Boxing Stadium), money changer and also motorbike to rent. Really recommended. Con: Very hard to find the hotel because the location in Waze inaccurate. U need to search for Sira Grande Hotel for the location of the hotel.

I haven't stayed here. The day before my planned check-in, I mistakenly booked this hotel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it. To my surprise, their policy does not allow for a refund. I explained my situation via email, but they simply refused to refund me. They ignored my plea. In Thailand, I had the best experience. People were hospitable and accommodating everywhere I went. Grace is the only place where customer service is lacking. If I had checked in, things would have been worse. They simply kept my money, even though I was not able to checkin due to the problem explained my email to them. It is simply bizarre.
