I think the hotel is in a terrible location, there is sewer next to it and across from the hotel! The beach is not clean, I don't recommend it for families with children. Not for the elderly, as you should walk a lot between the rooms and the cafe or the pool. The children's pool is also very small and without fun. And the Kids Club is very weak and not very active. I was disappointed with the beach and the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, amazing beach, nice pool, nice restaurant, good breakfast. The only bad experience I had was on the restaurant where I order a mango juice and the staff got very rude and start talking words in Thai that I think it was bad words, I called the manager and the manager have the same bad attitude, it will be a 5 stars review but unfortunately due to bad service I will said stay there but don’t expect good service

Booking Ocean front but got garden room. While the oceanfront room was available. BF wasn’t good at all. Meatball seemed to be defrosted very long time ago. Car parking very compact

All good. Staffs are friendly. Its really a beach hotel as you can just walk up to the beach. But would be really nice if hotel could provide a complimentary breakfast or anything as it was my husband birthday. Other than that all good.

Not recommended for young families or Snr travellers. 1.Bath / Shower combo. However bath is so high you have hang on to the towel rack to prevent slipping when exiting the shower. 2. Worst pillows I have ever experienced in more than 20 years of travel. 3. Hotel is located 6kms from Patong so the younger party types rtn between 2..5am in the morning. With no carpets in the hall walls and poor inter room sound proofing it results in a poor night's sleep. Lucky we only booked for two nights but would not consider a return stay

Actually we booked this hotel for 3 nights in 2 different types of room... and suddenly the hotel decide to cancel our booking in one of our nights/room. It's a hassle for us to change hotel so we decided to ask for a refund from them and cancel all the nights that we've booked. Trip is such a livesaver and they able to make it happened. So thanks for the great service trip. But for novotel pls don't simply cancel the room that we've paid next time

Hotel was near to the beach. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all good. Especially receptionist Kathy n porter Lee.

Having some couple time out after holidaying with family. Was generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the sea and a private pool. A real treat. We really appreciated it. Wonderful staff.

Excellent beachside hotel with it's almost own beach . Quite and romantic. Everything about this hotel is great given it's price. Only thing is that no supermarket is close .
