M Social Hotel Phuket recensioner

The receptionist named BamBam provided excellent service. I would like to leave a positive comment about her and would definitely stay at this hotel again The breakfast here is very delicious, and I was upgraded to a better room

The room was spacious and location was great. Also, room service was quick and food quality was satisfied too. However, even expensice price, the laundry did not returned until the time over check out. I requested to bring to pack and pay in the room but no one came or not allow pay when I check out. What a weird policy, they said I didn’t have deposit. Then why not asked when check in? Not expected nice service like early check in as other fine hotels but had few dissapointed services while few parts are good.

Extremely convenient & down the mall , you can buy and eat everything.. cross the road to have a massage and do mani/pedi. It is so easy and fantastic! Will highly recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at this place, and big thanks to the duty manager at n the hotel ( Monica ) for her kind hospitality and to her team. I highly recommend this place.

The air conditioner is either too cold or too hot. It is very humid in the room. Technicians tried to fix it, but the situation remained. Looks like booking directly with the hotel would get a room with a better view.

All staff are nice and helpful. We got late check-out. Right next to a very nice shopping mall.

Minus: The swimming pool could have included a jacuzzi. The default lift at the lobby could have set to the one nearer to the reception. The cleanup or do not disturb sign should be brighter. Sinage to swimming pool should be placed at 4th floor lobby. There is no signage to the gym. Counter staff should be provided with chairs. Better coffee could have been offered in the room. Plus: Room & bedsheet are very clean, balcony view is good, service staff are polite & helpful. Rain shower pressure is good. The location is excellent. The pool water temperature is good. The room is spacious. The fridge is good. 4 water bottles offered in room with glass bottles. Slippers and bathrobes offered in the room are of good quality.

Extremely convenient location, right above Junceylon mall where there are many restaurants and shops.  Staff are friendly.  Breakfast buffet is above average with many options.  However, the room cleaning is not acceptable. A cockroach is seen once we checked in. Towels are dirty with stain. Mug is rusty. Most surface areas are dusty.  There is also water leakage at the shower. The bathroom floor flooded after showering.

breakfast: quite repetitive and not very extensive cleanliness: room was clean but the bath area choked and there were drain flies in the room view: gave us an "upgrade" with room at the corner overlooking the roof and water tank of the hotel, when the few rooms beside me was not even occupied. could have informed us beforehand - would not accept the "upgrade" if we had known. the "view" at night is soooo creepy. location: pls specify to stay at afterglow - sunkissed is quite far away from the access to beach and bangla road service: this is the best part of this place - all the staff are super lovely

Perfect location, exactly next to the mall, you can get everything you need. I don’t think they are super noisy but it’s close to Main Street so expect some music. Breakfast is good but we went there around 9:30 so a bit crowded. Staff are helpful and nice.

New hotel with large space room, clean, service is wonderful, location is great. Highly recommended.

Great location ... clean room ..only need to take note that there are 2 wings ... 2 different building for the Afterglow Room and Sunkissed Room ... so whenever u book transport there .. make sure to highlight to the driver ... The access to the shopping mall for the Sunkissed lobby is still not open ... but there are free transfer...

Perfect place to stay in. Comfortable environment, convenient to shopping mall and patong beach
