A Heavenly Retreat at Bell Pool Villa! Me and my besties recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bell Pool Villa, and I must say, it was an absolutely enchanting experience! From the moment we stepped foot on the property until the day of departure, every aspect of this luxurious villa exceeded my expectations. The villa itself was an epitome of beauty and comfort. The private pool, nestled amidst lush greenery, provided a tranquil oasis where we could unwind and relax. The villa's design was thoughtfully crafted, seamlessly blending traditional Thai elements with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Amazing service, amazing villa

It is secluded and very private, so you might like that if you want to stay indoors for your staycation. However, there's no gym, restaurant, or other facilities other than your villa. There's an app that you can use to communicate with staff but it's hard to talk to staff face to face as they only come to work from 10 am to 7 pm (not so sure when they leave work tho) The villa itself is great but service wise, I am not so sure if I want to come back here again

完美的度假體驗！ 📍卡馬拉海灘附近，車程10分鐘左右，走着有點遠，建議坐酒店的shuttle bus服務去。走路15分鐘左右有711，可以去買需要的物品。雖然位置有點偏，但是很安靜，沒人打擾，很適合休閑的度假。 🏠環境：獨棟的小院子環境非常好！院子很大，有很多植物，唯一的不足就是蚊蟲較多，在院子裏坐着/躺着要噴好防蚊液。風景非常非常好看，最喜歡在泳池旁邊的躺椅上躺着發呆，亭子上有風扇，微風輕拂剛剛好，感受到了內心的寧靜。 👩💼服務：入住的時候可以下一個酒店的app（需要其他地區的Apple ID，國內的搜不到）所有需要的服務預訂以及和酒店聯繫都可以在這裏麪，我們預訂了室內的漂浮早餐，室內spa，室內的BBQ，體驗都非常好。通過app和管家隨時溝通，訊息回覆的很快，如果不用app，在7:00-22:00他們的工作時間內去前台也完全OK。酒店的工作人員都非常非常熱情周到，態度特別好，而且相對於其他度假酒店，我認為bell的性價比非常高，下次再去普吉還會預訂這家酒店多住幾天！

位置略有些偏，但是打車5分鐘有一條街都是餐飲還在沙灘邊，私隱性很好，房間內泳池夠大衞生整潔，前台英文有一點點口語聽不太懂，不過有一點特別好，玩回來夜裡快一點了，泰國12點後允許賣酒，這個酒店還可以～ 網上下單會有人送來～ 感動

除了有點偏僻、和前台的小姐姐們的服務有點差，整體還不錯。
