Bra, men de renoverade Xana club vid stranden vilket bla varit för mig den bästa delen av hotellet. Personal var bra, de såg att jag varit stamgäst på hotellet och var mycket vänliga.. Tack för mycket trevligt bemötande.

The hotel is located in a very good point, near to boat avenue with good restaurants and night life. It has very good restaurants also and is perfect for families with very good facilities. The hotel is beach front with an amazing sunset. I would love to visit it again!

Great hotel for family resort life. There is a great pool that flows through big chunks of the hotel. Water and facilities are clean and well maintained. It's close to the elephant sanctuary, and there's a good horse riding opportunity place nearby.
There are some great Thai boxing instructors here if you're into that sort of thing. Ask for Phusin.

The reception was slow in attending to our checking. rooms were dated although big. several areas not properly cleaned, like lamps. bed was terribly soft n old. desperately needs replacement. didn't expect this of an angsana hotel. we had just come from the racha where everything was impeccable, and price was similar to angsana. so comparison was very clear. killed a mossie in the room and there was blood on the floor, which was not cleaned for the remaining 2 nights we were there. disappointing with maintenance n upkeep. had to keep asking housekeeping for top up of mossie pads and essential oils for the burner.

Your hotel service is the worst I have been stayed before, point out one thing that the Thai woman who lead the group to took the shuttle bus first instead of FIT guest, ignored us for whole time and even lie to us this is different route, when we go out actually it’s the same direction. I would like to say as a team leader especially even a manager title how could your treat your guest in the impolite way and even lie to your guest. I have called for inform our ETA special requirement for the room arrangement and I will pay for that, unfortunately, still let us wait around 30mins when we arrived and it’s midnight, I used to work in Banyan group, and my wedding holding in Angsana, but this trip experience is totally broken my loyalty and love to Banyan group, I hope your team can investigate this case and improvement soon

The front desk staff is dumb and slow, not proactive and very lazy, you have to use very commanded words and attitude to order them otherwise you can't get what you want in this resort which deserves the brand the value. Overall environment is good, very relaxing, the resort is well maintained unless some construction ongoing. Beach is nice but NOT clean trash is not collcted and there are ***** after use laying on the beach.

We chose the hotel as the location for a long awaited family reunion with my husband’s family as they have a huge range of activities we felt would suit all the family. The hotel is in varying stages of renovation and upgrading which meant two of the restaurants were out of action which we were informed of upon our arrival. Our ‘grande’ room was also one which hasn’t yet been renovated and after 24 hours we realised that there was some mould in the room and our clothes and the bedding felt damp to the touch as well as the room smelling musty. The rooms of our family members had been renovated more recently and didn’t have any issues. I received an email for a ‘during stay survey’ and shared my feedback accordingly. I can’t fault the hotel’s response which was to contact me the same day and request to meet with me. I met an assistant manager, Joe, who was very helpful and we ended up moving rooms to a fabulous pool side room as well as receiving an invite to the excellent Thai buffet a their Baan Talay restaurant. I was genuinely impressed at the clear desire to receive feedback and make improvements. We’ll be returning some time in the next year and I look forward to enjoying the newly refurbished restaurants which were out of action this time. The breakfast buffet was varied and there was a huge range of complimentary activities which we didn’t get to try much of this time but look forward to on our next stay.

We stayed at Angsana for about 5 days , it was the Chinese National holiday so it was a little busy , The room we booked was very nice the only downside is it didn’t have a bathtub. The breakfast was amazing everyday and the resort has many activities you can do before you start exploring outside. it’s also currently under construction so some places were closed. It’s right at the beach , that was a plus
