Det inträffade en liten olycka på incheckningsdagen. Hotellet är strängt taget inte ansvarigt. Men hotellet tog det på allvar och gav mig den bästa lösningen den kvällen! Bra, ingen pinsamhet för varumärket! 1. Hotellet är perfekt för att ligga ner. Poolen rummet är stor. Om du tar med barn kan du boka ett rum med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och stort vardagsrum. 2. Heldagsrestaurang frukost à la carte + buffé. Enbart självbetjäningssektionen är redan mycket rik. Vam, hotellservicetjejen, kom ihåg våra namn efter att bara frågat, och i princip alla gäster! 3. Restaurangmiddagen som är öppen hela dagen är en indisk restaurang som rekommenderas av Michelin. Jag är inte bekant med indisk mat, men de som rekommenderas är utsökta. Höjdpunkten var cocktails efter middagen, som var riktigt läckra! Rökning är tillåten utanför i vissa delar av restaurangen, så vad mer kan jag begära:) Hotellet gav mig också rabattkuponger för mat. 4. Poolbarens vinlista har också många val. 5. Rumsservice inkluderar västerländska, thailändska och indiska rätter. Det är riktigt bekvämt att beställa lite mat och dryck under paviljongen vid poolen. 6. Det är inte tillåtet att gå i havet under denna säsong eftersom vågorna är för starka. Det spelar ingen roll om du inte kommer för vattenaktiviteter, det kommer inte att påverka din vistelse på hotellet alls. 7. Hotellets heltäckande servicesystem som följer med TV:n är mycket lätt att använda, och du kan kontrollera dina räkningar i realtid. 8. Det finns en Starbucks och en 24-timmars närbutik i Turtle Village runt hotellet. Det finns också några restauranger som är ganska bekväma. Kort sagt, jag kommer definitivt att rekommendera detta hotell till vänner som kommer till Phuket för ett hotell! Jag skulle själv komma igen om jag hade chansen. Rumspriset och hotellförbrukningen är inte låg, men kvalitetsgarantin är värd det!

Hotellet är väldigt vackert Jag bokade ett villarum med pool. Rummet är tillräckligt stort för att föräldrar och barn ska kunna bo tillsammans utan att störa varandra och ta hand om varandra. Frukosten är mycket rik. Du kan njuta av det vackra landskapet. Du kan också mata fisken. Rumspoolen är mycket ren. Serviceinställningen är mycket bra Du kan få hotellets bil att leverera dig vart du än går. Vi beställde 700 plantor för leverans.

Jag tog några fina bilder och ville kommentera dem. Jag blev orättvist behandlad den 29 juni och checkade ut vid middagstid den 3 juli. Jag väntade fortfarande på bussen fisk, så de matade fisken en gång den dagen de kom den 29:e Innan jag gick ville jag mata honom en gång till, så jag bad servitören att få det var att det inte fanns någon fiskmat Senare såg jag två andra barn komma tillbaka med fiskmat i händerna. Jag bad min man att fråga, men servitören sa att det inte fanns någon orkade inte att barnet lämnade Phuket med besvikelse, så jag gick till receptionen för att rapportera det. Hon sa att hon kunde gå till rummet för att se om det var tillgängligt, men hon tog ut flera paket! Senare såg jag servitören hålla ett barn och mata honom med fiskmat från rummet. Vad? Diskriminering? Är det för att det är ett lokalt hotell i Thailand. Välkomstfrukten på detta hotell är endast tillgänglig den första dagen jag har bott på många hotell hemma och utomlands, och frukten i rummet fylls på i princip varje dag bo på Kempinski Bangkok från 26 till 28 och återvände på eftermiddagen. Jag åt frukt på rummet och kompenserade för det när jag gick tillbaka till rummet på kvällen, vilket kostar cirka 20 000 yuan , är inte så snål Frukosten här är för enkel och inte rik.

Luftkonditioneringen är mycket hög, vilket allvarligt påverkar din vila. Vi bad receptionen om en cykel att resa. Vi stannade i två dagar, men cykeln levererades inte på slutet problem med hotellets ledning och service, och stranden är inte bra.

Everything was amazing. Great service. Nice little spot with most amenities. Facilities work. The main pool is under renovation, probably the only bummer.

Nice pool villa and clean This villa is a great find with a lovely pool. It was very clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The pool area was especially enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

It’s a dream place. Everything is decorated with style and taste in line with the local tradition and flora, but in super comfort. Restaurants are great, pool and grass area too

Great hospitality. Comfortable villas. Other than limited food options within that area, anantara is one of the best hotel we always opt for while travelling to Thailand.

The reception experience upon check in was very disappointing. We arrived late at night and the staff didn't behave very friendly, maybe his English wasn't very good and couldn't communicate, but he stopped us, rejected us with gestures and asked for proof of stay in this hotel. This experience ruined the rest of my stay. After we provided the reservation, he started checking in but felt he wasn’t happy to serve. During the check-in he has not confirm our room type, our durations. He ask us the sign a policy thing without explaiation. of course, i read it myself before signing. Basically there was no introduction to the resort and the surrounding at all or even a map. Anyway, upon arriving at the room he tried to show us around the room and said it was the pool and the room...ok ok...we gave him tips and let him go but then he probably thought he should have said more…What’s more, he took us to the bathroom and continued to introduce that there were cotton buds in the box! isn’t it funny! We had no idea where the breakfast location was or what facilities the resort had. We only found out there was a gym on our last day and wondered how other guests had bikes. Except the reception guy, the rest of team is ok. Great service in the breakfast restaurant, everyone is very friendly and nice, wonderful!! Not recommended their beachside restaurant at all in terms of food, environment and services!

Excellent resort. The best and most courteous staff which is helpful in every way. The facilities and food - breakfast and the restaurants- outstanding. We had the greatest time. The villas are great with the private pools, All amenities are catered for. The beach is nearby with local food in reach as well as massage by experienced local ladies.

Hotel staff are very friendly, the villa is just wonderful. The pool is very clean and big. The staffs are very attentive which offer cold water and towel when we use the pool. The beach and the pool is so nice which is very relex.

I’ve never experienced such luxury with people that treat you like royalty and you can feel sincerity in their service. They do it from the heart in making sure that your stay in Anantara is well taken care of and ensuring you have the best time ever. That’s how I feel. I could not find any cons while staying here. Special thanks to my butler, Minnie. From day 1, she was the one who arrange the transport, the boat trip to the island, our food arrangement, she took care of it all. Even til the last day we check out, she made sure we have a place to rest although it’s past the official check out time. She even gifted a souvenir on our last day which was such a nice personal touch. The room was spectacular it comes with a private pool, the beach was very clean and blue, the breakfast spread was utterly delicious, the buggy guy was always very friendly. The reception guy Sonny even allowed us to have an early check in since we arrived quite early. Everyone was lovely. I dare say, this is the best vacation Ive ever had in my entire life. Not even paid to write this. I sincerely mean it. ❤️

An amazing hotel with great service and good food. Would definitely return again in the near future.
