The overall experience is ok....just about cleanliness can be improved better. the location is nice and convenient to access daily needs.

I booked a room with pool access, and breakfast was great with lots of variety! The location was perfect, close to markets and massage places. I definitely recommend it to others! I will come back for sure! Loved it!

It's a good place for the holiday. Only the problem with the power socket is not near the bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and my experience was fantastic. I originally booked a pool-access room for all three nights. However, due to an unexpected system issue, the hotel was unable to provide the pool room for the entire stay. Instead, they arranged for me to stay one night in the pool room and upgraded me to a much larger room for the remaining two nights. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered a complimentary dinner, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for me. When I entered the room, it was beautifully decorated with “Happy Birthday” wishes, which made my day extra special and memorable. Although the hotel is slightly older, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The central location is another great advantage, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel’s dedication to their guests. Despite the minor hiccup with the booking, their efforts to make it right truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional service and a great location.

Room is ok and breakfast is nice with wide variety, but my partner reported that there are many fruit flies at the fruit area. Hotel location is walking distance to Bangla Road (if you are not lazy with a bit of walking), otherwise need to pay 200 baht for Tuktuk to Bangla Road.

Nice room.. good service. We got an early check in.. we enjoyed the pool and the room so much . Thanks for the good hospitality .

The location of the hotel was decent. It's close to Bangla road and a mall but the view from our room was horrible. . It looked like a dump. The staff at the front desk was a bit rude probably due to the amount of people they had to attend to, they told us we were upgraged to a grand suite but we wasn't. It actually seemed like they downgraded us from looking at the pictures . Overall the stay was decent.

It was not possible to get pool/beach towels before 10 AM and they had to be returned daily. A lot of water running from the aircondition in the room even after we made the staff aware of it. Overall okay but a few things could be better.

Check in service was so poor had to give $3000baht at 3 am the morning, so I had to walk the streets to get a ATM. Not happy

The quality of the chair was really bad when sitting on it. It broke down in the hotel charged is for it, which led one of my friends very unsatisfied because I did the booking for them. 

The hotel service and location is good. Breakfast has not much varieties. Walking distance to massage places and shops

I really like the hotel, the location, the workers so helpful and kind, I enjoyed my stay very much. The reception worker cha tig melody was also very very kind and nice.
