The hotel is right in the center of everything, the location is perfect. Additionally, the room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning, and even the restaurant was excellent. I have nothing bad to say.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach is literally across the road and the water is clean & warm. It’s a short walk to Bangla Road as well as lots of other food eateries and shops nearby. We loved the buffet breakfast - there is lots to choose from, should satisfy all tastes (Western, Continental, Asian, Indian, pastries, fruits/salads and the breakfast staff are very attentive. Our room 6401 was on the sixth floor and it certainly had plenty of space and accommodation as well as being very clean. We did experience noise from a bar in the side street til 5am most nights but overall this was not really an issue once you fell asleep. The nightly entertainment at the actual resort is fabulous too. Highly recommend Baan LaiMai.

Strategic location at Patong Beach, close proximity to all happenings areas. The hotel has a very large and cozy garden restaurant with live band performances in the evening,

My first trip to Phuket and it didn’t disappoint us with our selection to this nice hotel. As we are sensitive in making sure a great location yet some privacy and noise as I read some nearby hotels were badly affected by noises till late night We arrived to the hotel which I booked two rooms, I was surprised to be informed that our rooms were upgraded to suite ? Which I’m puzzled as their website does not have suite category so I’m curious and happy at the same time. We were brought into room 8404 & 8403 which is a different block and has a private deck area with the view of sunset and beach . There were only 4 rooms on our floor. Then I kind of realize that it was probably their old spa private rooms converted into guest rooms . As it’s slightly better , so they categorize as suite ? My suspect is that they have insufficient rooms so we are given special rooms I guess ,I took the room because it’s quiet and has nice paddock area with some privacy . The only cons is that I feel that the pool is not well maintained and clean to our standard hence we only use it for 1 night . We stayed for total 3 nights . Breakfast was above average and coffee was not the best . Having drinks at Heron their restaurant has better coffee quality and nice environment at night at the outdoor with good crowd almost every night Our bathroom WC has some bad odour so we have to close the door at all times. Bed was not the most comfortable but still able to sleep throughout the night . Overall with the price we paid is a fair take but certain areas can be further improved

Superior room does not have a great view at all for the price we paid. Best to pay more for a better view. Pool was fantastic. Wide selection for breakfast. Convenient location.

The worst hotel ever , I don’t know how they get to get even 1 star , it’s dirty , the receptionist was very rude , there is not even a water in the room , no iron, if you want to iron your clothes you have to iron it downstairs in laundry room and even pay for it . They didn’t let us check out and brought security and the one who was taking our luggage shouting at us all that because they couldn’t find the room card , and they treated the card like it’s gold , even if you forget your card they send someone to open the door for you they don’t give you another , the plates at breakfast is really dirty we couldn’t eat , i swear I have never seen rude people like them , I still can’t believe what happened there والله العظيم انه اسوأ ، اوصخ ، اغرب فندق شفته في حياتي ، والله ما يسوى حتى 20 درهم ، معاملة خايسه وتنظيف وصخ , كنا حاجزين مع ريوق والله ماقدرنا ناكل حتى الصحون قذرة ، كان شي فضيع فضيع ،

Excellent hotel. Swimming pool is so great. Staffs are also very nice and helpful.

Halal breakfast section could have been better. They cater to Arabian food everyday. Would prefer if they could change the menu everyday and have a mixture of Thai and other halal food as well. The washing machine and dryer is the killer. Spent a large amount of money on the dryer and had to wait for an hour only to get half dry clothes.

The location is great which is walking distance to all the popular tourist attractions, street market, etc. Bench is just across the road. The only shortcoming is required to pay $500B for late check out request per hour.

Pros: Perfect spot for easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. The beach is directly across the street as well. Great happy hour drinks. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety and seating. Cons: Other guests can be very loud and noisy from their balconies (playing music loudly at all hours of the day and night) and nothing is done to ensure the peace of the other guests.

Very bad experience & service. We booked for 2 single beds and once we checked in, they give us one big bed and for the other person sofa. Too small room with the bathroom and the price not worth

Service not so good and aircon not too cold door lock can’t open waiting for 30 minutes before staff can fix problem
