K2 Hotel @ Airport recensioner

Dated and average hotel. As many reviews have said mattress having a plastic cover is not the nicest no kettle. Rooms are on first floor and there's no lift. Was told there is no Grab service n it would be 200baht to airport. I did get a Grab so maybe it depends on time of day.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Starting from 7 a.m., cleaning began in all the neighboring rooms around me, and it did not let me sleep. I woke up at 7 a.m. and could not fall back asleep because it was extremely noisy. I complained to them, but they continued. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

This could be one of the best options for a short business trip. The location is close to the airport, and the rooms are clean and great value.

We were happy we stayed at the hotel one night only.... Not pleasant place, no pleasant room. Ido not recommend.

The bed was a bit hard but oherwise it was fine. 7/11 right there

A one stop place for an early flight from suratthani airport just 5 minutes drive away. Convenient 7/11 and restaurant at the location. No kettle in room for that early morning coffee but yes have 7/11 outside. Bed was asleep hard as rock so that refreshing sleep was hard to achieve. All in all ok for just a night rest stop for an early flight. Would I stay again. Yes

Clean and safe hotel near the airport. Very basic, but has everything you need. The water heater is a bit old, but everything else is super clean and well maintained. Good for one night stays. 7-11 nearby, Amazon cafe, and local food just downstairs. The location is very basic though, so you need a car or taxi, there is no walking path.

This booking was made for my sister and payment deducted from my card immediately in order to confirm the booking. As she was traveling alone and from overseas with no access to a Thai phone we called ahead 10 minutes before her arrival and spoke to reception, confirmed her booking and they said everything was fine. We informed twice that full payment was made and when forwarded all the booking information by Line App to the hotel. Upon arrival they refused to give my sister the room key without full payment upfront , in cash and charged her more than the room rate advertised! They knew she had no access to a phone as we had told them her phone had broken on her journey. Despite telling them over and over that the room had been paid for the refused access to her room until she handed over the cash. She needed help to print her van and ferry tickets as everything was on her broken phone and we forwarded these by Line to the hotel . Again no help just told there is no printer at the hotel !?? This was her first impression of Thailand. So disappointing. This is unacceptable. We are still waiting for a response and a refund. I do not recommend booking here at all unfortunately because of this situation.
