Guests have access to the entire home, save one locked cleaning closet. I am available if needed but respect the privacy of my guests. We are in a quiet residential area on the lake just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. We recommend bringing your own vehicle. Our home is directly on the lake. Please feel free to safely enjoy our many outdoor amenities. Included amenities: a stand-up paddle board, one tandem kayak, and one four-person pedal board. Life jackets in a variety of sizes are provided. No smoking or animals allowed. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in a $250 fine. If pets or emotional support animals are brought to the property, a fine of $200 per night will be incurred.
