Carefully decorated hotel, very clean, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay in a cosy atmosphere. Breakfast items had to be ordered the night before, but it was definitely worth the little extra effort as it was delicious. Very friendly and accommodating hosts/owners.

Beautiful location in Cheshire countryside with ample parking. Close to Mere for wild water swimming and Farm Club for yoga so perfect for a quiet getaway. We had a family room with a double and three a singles but had ample space. Room itself was amazing value for money, clean, bright and airy . We didn’t stay for breakfast but dining room looked nice. Rest of house is a little jaded and the entrance hall doesn’t really sell ‘country house’ vibes but overall a beautiful location and great value for money.

We booked the whole B&B for our wedding in August for family and friends. The house itself had all the amenities we could have needed and the hosts were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Would definitely recommend!

Pickmere Country House is just such a calm and lovely vibe. Felicia is on hand whenever you need to make the stay really comfortable and she's so warm and friendly. Beautiful views over the countryside, pretty, classical music in a sunlit dining room for a great breakfast, comfy beds, and the wine is fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. The village is peaceful, with Pickmere Lake within walking distance. The local pub, just a 4-minute walk away, serves excellent comfort food. The bed was comfortable, the room was truly spacious, the breakfast selection was very good, and the host was delightful.

Comfortable accommodation. Quiet location. Friendly host. Good home cooking. Very good breakfast. Big TV in room but only one chair. It was cold in the room but electric heater provided was efficient. Ample parking. Friendly dog. Old fashioned ambiance far better than most hotels.

We had a very comfortable stay at Pickmere country house. The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed.. the food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel which is located in a very peaceful village.

From the moment we stepped through the doors we felt welcome, everything in pur very large well appointed room was spotless and top quality, slept like a baby and the room was very wuiet, (we had no 6) Our hosts were very obliging, and then , the icing on the cake we discover Felicia is an excellent cook, do order the evening meal, If you have to tear yourself away off to a pub, we went to the George and Dragon nearby suggested by Frlicia and ate another extraordinary supper. Very content , dogs are also welcome.

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and modern. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast and service were first class. Parking was onsite and perfect for if you have a van. WIFI was great and the bathroom and shower were clean and modern. The room had an extra heater so on a cold January the room was very well heated.
