Villa is made of deadwood-patterned concrete elements. This destination is unique, designed for Koli Holiday Home Fair held in 2006. Villa is located in Loma-Koli holiday area.

77 km to the north from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 80 m (871,2 km²), gently deepening bottom, consist of small stones, own beach and boat. Stairs leading to the beach. Villa built in 2006.

The eye-catching feature of the living room-kitchen is in the middle the unique soapstone fireplace with an oven on the other side. The well-equipped kitchen has 2 induction hobs, 2 gas hobs and an electric oven. There is bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and 3 bed rooms upstairs with 2 single beds each. In addition, there is living area on the upper floor. The TV on upper floor doesn't show Finnish channels. The TV has an HDMI cable that can be connected to the Blue-ray player or client's own device (e.g. laptop, game console). There are Wi-Fi 4 G in the cottage.

There are dressing room, washroom, electric sauna, utility room and office on the ground floor. There are also terrace, balcony and two porches. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 8,5 km.
