Tenuta Santo Pietro

We had the most amazing stay with our family of 2 adults and 4 year old twin boys. From the moment we arrived, Bertina and the entire staff made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for the shower and pool were provided as well as a stock of shampoo, body wash, soap, shower cap, and slippers. The restaurant is wonderful! We enjoyed a 3 course sampler and of course wine! The breakfast spread is included and a great way to start your day. We also joined the cooking class and our children had the most fun getting messy and playing with the foods as well as feeling helpful preparing special parts of the meal (picking bay leaves for the group). The location is right between Pienza and Montepulciano. It is an hour drive to Siena and easily accessible to other Tuscan towns. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but we loved sitting by it and taking in the beautiful view of Pienza in the distance. This place is even more beautiful in person than the photos online. We would absolutely visit again!!! This was the perfect place to start our Italian vacation.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at Tenuta Santo Pietro. The hotel feels like you are a guest in someone's home. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager goes up and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay and experiences everything that area has to offer.

We just finished a week stay at the beautiful Tenuta Santo Pietro with a group of 9 guests. What a delight - especially the wonderful Bertina who made sure our stay ran as smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her and our guests will fondly remember her cappucinos! The property is stunning - a converted monastery and we will definitely be back. We ate dinner twice here during the week and loved it.

A wonderful experience, a must stay to be added to everyone’s travel list. We consider ourselves lucky to have had the fortune to be a guest and we look forward to returning soon. We were greeted upon arrival as if we were family and that feeling never left during our stay. The staff is absolutely amazing, lead by the wonderful and energetic Bertina, who is truly an angel on this earth. Our stay was magic, with the rooms being so beautiful, comfortable and the bed was perfect making our stay complete. We dined every evening at Tenuta Santo Pietro and this was an extra special experience. The food was absolutely outstanding and we savoured every bite. The property is a gem that offers views, recreation, and places to just sit and enjoy the wine. Bravo to Giuseppe for the magical place you have created and opened for the world to enjoy.

This was our second time staying at Tenuta Santo Pietro. We purposely came back to TSP but this time with a group of friends. The amazing staff and management did not disappoint! We were treated like family, royal family actually. The food was incredible!!!! We are still talking about wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, aperitivos & digestives. We indulged in an all day wine tour with transport; enjoying several small, family run wineries in the area. Our rooms were beautiful with the most comfortable beds and pillows. The estate is stunningly beautiful, but it is the people that work there that make your stay so magical. They think of everything; it felt like coming home to visit family. I am very happy to give a review of TSP, however also reluctant as I don’t want the best kept secrect of Tuscany out to the masses. Thank you everyone at TSP for your incredible hospitality & love.

It is ideally located off the main road in Pienza. The place is immaculate, and the staff is very accommodating. They offer continental breakfast and can reserve for dinner reservations. I would definitely come back! They also have e-bikes available to rent.
