Vento D'orcia is very centrally located in Val D'orcia. Ideal for visiting the authentic villages in the area. The house itself is located in an oasis of tranquillity with beautiful views of the valley. Ana is a passionate cook: breakfast and dinner were truly exquisite. Everything homemade, even the Limoncello! The rooms are stylishly decorated. One day we will definitely come back. A stay to remember!

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights. We absolutely loved it. The highlights are: - a really lovely large modern bedroom with all the comforts and amenities needed. We had lots of space for clothes, a kettle, tea, a little fridge. The bed / pillows were super comfy and the shower / bath very good too and some toiletries provided. - we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. I especially loved the choice of eggs and the coffee. We stayed for dinner twice- again a delicious and filling affair! -it’s a convenient base to explore the area- and we visited Pienza and the other surrounding towns. We also did several hikes not too far away. You will need a car. - we have to mention our host Ana who is lovely, friendly and welcoming and made our stay extra special. - finally it was nice to have the cats around- they were very cute !

Amazing stay! Ana is very welcoming, friendly, had great recommendations and cooks delicious! Beautiful house, with incredible views. Would love to visit again. Driving there was very easy and close to many interesting places to visit!

It is difficult to put into words how much I enjoyed my stay at Vento d'Orcia. After reading the reviews in Tripadvisor, I was prepared to enjoy a nice stay, but what I experienced exceeded my expectations. Starting from the very warm welcome by Ana and her family, the beautiful, clean room and bathroom, the comfortable bed to the beautiful surrounding. Just a few minutes by car from Pienza, very quiet, perfect to unwind and ideally placed to explore the beautiful Val d'Orcia. I was staying a full week and Ana served every morning different fruits and dishes for breakfast. Never have I eaten such delicious omelets! I booked the dinner for the first night before arrival. It was so delicious, that I enjoyed whenever possible my dinner at Vento d’Orcia, accompanied by excellent wines. The same was true for the other guests. Ana told us after breakfast what she would prepare for dinner, which meant that we could look forward to the evening all day long. 😊 I will certainly return to this unique place that makes me feel at home!

Would rate 10 stars if possible! This place was utterly magical. The thing that makes it so special is the host, Ana. Everything the other reviews say about her humour and her COOKING is absolutely true. We had the best dinner of our whole Italian trip here, and the best croissant of our whole lives. We came by bike and Ana’s husband, Francesco, was kind enough to drop us off and pick us up when we wanted to go to Pienza. The attention to detail and level of quality in the whole farmhouse from start to finish is superb. I wish we could come back again and again. This place is genuinely incredible value for money. Utterly wonderful in every way!!
