For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
