Welcome to A Cozy Getaway! Our newly renovated condo is located just one block away from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We're thrilled to offer our first vacation rental to you! The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a washer, and a dryer, while the living room has a flat-screen TV, a cozy electric fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa for the little ones. Inside our kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, including a Keurig machine for your morning coffee. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of The Comedy Barn, The Island, Go-Karts, and a variety of restaurants in the area. Gatlinburg is just a short drive away, and Dollywood is only 3.9 miles from the condo. Our location is peaceful and safe, while still being close to all the attractions.
