If I can give a 0 star, I would highlight it. The whole facility is dark and smelly. There is a big blood mark on the bed, and the front desk refuses to send any house keeping to change. There’s also an unbelievable rule once you checked in that needs to be signed…anyway not recommended to this hotel and would never be back again. Really bad experience.

We've been staying here for many years, well before it was All Seasons Suites, and I have seen a decline in the facilities. During the day the temperature was in the low eighties in the common areas. We tried the breakfast the first morning and it was terrible. The "country gravy" was mostly water, as well was the apple juice and the orange juice. We threw our breakfast away and went out to eat each morning. We also killed a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff that we came into contact with were very nice. Not sure at the moment if we'll be back.

Very spacious. It was just like it said it would be. It was a great value for the money. I will definitely be staying again.

This was our second time staying at the property, and we would stay there again. The room configuration works well for a family of four, including two teenagers. It is nice to have an actual bedroom and a small kitchen. Although the property is older, it is clean and quiet. The property is located at the southern end of Pigeon Forge, which makes it convenient to get to Smoky Mountains National Park and the hiking trails. Breakfast had the same options everyday, but a decent variety that included waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, mini donuts, mini muffins, yogurt, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit (bananas or apples), milk, coffee, and juice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The beds are very hard and the hot food for the breakfast wasnt good at all. We had a pretty good stay though, the rooms are very spacious.

Convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions. Nice rooms, free hot breakfast, helpful staff. Well maintained property.

Needs updating
It was fine for what it was. Definitely needs some upkeep - bad paint job, cracked tiles in the bathroom, etc.
Towels had blood stains. Some weird stain was on the mattress of the pull out couch... looked like paint.
