Beautiful, comfortable house "Cros de Gourdin". 4.5 km from the centre of Pignans, 3.4 km from the centre of Gonfaron, 41 km from the centre of Toulon, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (10 m2), terrace, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "Pignans" 4 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Carcès pêche uniquement" 27 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and maintained. The pool is fabulous and has a salt filtration system which is very nice. We hope to be able to enjoy this property again next year.

Very well equipped house. The kitchen offers everything you need in everyday life. The living area and bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool and the entire outdoor area invite you to linger. Very friendly and pleasant landlord.

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist super, bietet innen und außen viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool (Wasser aus eigenem Brunnen) mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist perfekt. Die Lage ist
