I will not stay there because of Laurenn L review. You should have refunded the money to Laurenn L. I was considering staying at this place but I read Laurenn L's review and I don't do business with a busines who capitalize on the negligence of their own business, or a technical mistake of the patron.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and lots of little details which, to me, made it outstanding. The towels were so fluffy! The hosts were so helpful and gave me superb support in a time of need. Without them my onwards journey would have been severely delayed. They were also excellent guides to the rest of Pine.

If you are reading this review, please think twice before booking! We booked with the intention of having a great time in Pine, AZ but upon arrival Cyndi told us that no children were allowed on her property and made us leave after a long day of driving with a toddler. At the time of booking, the website did not state that CHIDLREN WERE NOT ALLOWED. She initially apologized for the confusion and told us that she would work on issuing a refund but shortly after she emailed us and told us she would not issue a refund because on 1 of her 3 welcome emails she stated that she did not host children. If this woman had any type of customer service skills, she would have issued a refund due to the INNACURATE information on her website. However, Cyndi took our money and ruined our weekend.
