The hotel was faultless staff were very polite and friendly we will be coming back soon the pool was very clean only one nigley thing was not very much nighttime activity outside of the hotel grounds but that’s not the hotel fault but what was there was fine

Really liked everything about this hotel. The staff were really really helpful, the room was nice, the pool was good, the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was sometimes a bit difficult to navigate with 2 small kids and only 1 adult but the quality, variety and quantity of food there were really good. On top of that the bar as well as being a nice bar has food that is a useful alternative as a quieter environment for dinner, and on top of that the bar has live entertainment in the evenings as well and both the ones we saw were good.

Very pleasant and friendly hotel. Very nice room and balcony Excellent amenities, including an indoor heated pool and spa. Fantastic selection for breakfast. Equally excellent at the dinner buffet. Customer service is outstanding Happy days ☺️

Fantastic stay at the Sumus hotel in Pineda. The hotel is spotless, staff were wonderful. The breakfast has a huge selection we were delighted. Pineda is a small quite town with lots of lovely places to eat. But great location to get to Barcelone and Girona with the train station just a 6 min walk from the hotel. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful staff who were always welcoming, helpful and friendly lovely hotel, clean, always smelt fragrant, comfy room and balcony overlooking the pool, this time of year no problem getting a sunbed. Evening entertainment was fun ! Fabulous buffet breakfast, couldn't believe the amount of plant milk choice ! Evening buffet, great value, amazing food, 👏 😋, good location for the beach and shops and transport like the train. Small resort but plenty of shops and cafes, restaurants. Great authentic Spanish vibe, so glad not to have seen a single Red Lion or Irish pub !!! A few hotels but not sky-high monoliths. We only stayed for 4 days but we loved it.

Had a really nice time at this hotel, bkd a quad room, two single beds and a double sofa bed, nice room had everything we needed. Food was good we were on all inclusive, no complaints plenty of options food hot and tasty, deserts lovely, staff friendly. The only gripe I have is when hotel is full not enough sunbeds, all gone by 10am, so had to get down by 9am when they opened the doors to the pool side, to get a sunbed, during the wk it did get better as the hotel wasnt as full.

We’re just back from this lovely hotel! Really is 200 metres from the beach, not much going on around the hotel in the way or bars, shops etc but didn’t really bother us as only there for a week and the plan was to relax! Hotel & room was exceptionally clean, food was excellent and lots of choice each day. We booked a comfort garden room, bit of an odd layout but on the whole a good size with a good sized balcony for us. Bed was extra large and very comfy. Bathroom was larger than we’re used to as well. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe and mini fridge also in our room. Maids will clean every day if wanted. Staff were very welcoming and friendly (except for the older barman who tended to work evenings in the Brasserie - he could definitely do with some customer service training!!) Pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds & parasols. Doors to the pool aren’t unlocked until 9am so no towels on the beds all night! A queue does form though just before 9! Overall we had a lovely holiday, would definitely return to this group of hotels.

Repeat visit and just as great as the last. Staff are very friendly and all want you to have a lovely stay. Train linking you to so many places is minutes away. Only around an hour from Barcelona, the train is a really convenient way to get around. Markets, shops etc on your door step, this hotel is grear for sightseers or sun worshippers alike. Will return in the future

The air conditioning was broken. The breakfast was always the same. And they didnt gace back the money from the towels. The 2 person bed were 2 separate beds and when you tried to cudle they would shove away from eachother wich was not comfortable. I dont recomend.
