The highlight of the home is the spacious open floor plan that welcomes gatherings with loved ones. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen with a gas stove top and large windows overlooking the lake. With granite countertops and an oversized stainless-steel island that seats 4, there is plenty of space for meal preparation and serving. Dine inside at one of the three seating areas, which includes the dining table for 6, the breakfast table with custom bench seats, or the island. Step outside to the covered deck for outdoor dining around a table for 8 with breathtaking views of the water. Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms with king beds and private full bathrooms. The primary suite offers two sinks, a soaker tub, and separate shower with a walk-in closet with ample space for luggage. The guest bedroom offers custom closet space with shelves and drawers. Right off this bedroom is a bathroom, which offers multiple shower heads for a serene experience. Upstairs, find two bedrooms and an oversized shared full bathroom with double sinks. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom offers three twin beds and a pullout twin mattress. The room also hosts a variety of games and toys for little guests. As you walk upstairs, notice the industrial custom gate to help keep little ones safe. Outside, spend time swimming in the quiet cove or lounging on the oversized dock. Paddleboards and a kayak are available for water exploration and fun in the sun. At night, gather around a rock firepit with family and friends for a cozy evening under the stars. * Pontoon boat available for rent upon request.* In addition to the home, a pontoon boat is available for guests who would like to explore the lake by boat. At this time the boat will be winterized and no longer available for rent. While the water level will be lower, kayaks and canoes will still available.
