Secretpath Bed and Breakfast

Stayed at Secretpath Bed and Breakfast and had a great experience. The location is convenient and easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The public area is cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. They also offer free laundry facilities, with the dryer costing only 30 TWD, which is super convenient for travelers. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

Very poor staff attitude and very poor flexibility Male manager doesn’t really want to help me while I first arrived. I told him I was unable to return to the hostel between 3-9pm to get the key for check in and the manager simply told me the front door will lock at 9pm and I have to arrive by then or else i cannot check in. Male manager only gave me one single key during check in and during check out, he confabulated that he gave me two keys and demanded me to pay extra charges. While I refuse he raised his tone and even threatened to not provide luggage storage for me and threatened to throw my luggage away. Overall the staff attitude was piss poor, inconvenient location too, but the beds are quite comfortable. Think twice before booking

Great location, very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views and nature all around. Friendly staff, great service and communication. The hotel is perfectly clean, no mold, no stains, not a single detail overlooked. Even the balcony was spotless. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the island.

Absolutely the most awful hotel experience I have ever had. The staff here were rude, verging on aggressive. Would highly recommend booking elsewhere. Note that in the past they have incentivised guests to leave reviews on Google and Facebook. If you look closely however you will notice a lot of other travellers who have experienced the attitude from this team.

Good place for family trip !

Das Secret Path B&B ist eine sehr schöne und entspannte Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Zu den Highlights des Hotels zählt das Zimmer 505. Dort ist ein Karussell aufgestellt, was auch benutzt werden kann. Einfach ein sehr spektakuläres Erlebnis 😊.

1/24入住VIP海景505雙人房。三天兩夜 房間跟網路上的照片真的一模一樣。不只美 房間規劃也很好 住起來 很舒適 坐在沙發上 看著外面的海景 真的值了 衝著旋轉木馬 訂了這個房間 孩子看到時超驚喜的。這幾天 搭了好幾次 一樓有洗衣機 烘衣機 很方便。大廳有擺放好幾家麻花卷的試吃品 櫃檯人員 熱情 專業 也有代訂海上玩樂行程。看到我們要帶孩子去海邊玩 主動說 可以借我們玩沙的玩具 加100分 三天兩夜 愉快的旅行。謝謝民宿老闆及櫃檯人員
