首先整體環境，房間過於簡單，好歹放一張桌子啊，也不是沒有空間。
這不是最讓人受不了的，最讓人受不了的是噪音和窗簾。首先噪音，因為是在320國道旁邊，對面又是一個大貨車過磅的地方，大貨車發出的噪音好大，一晚上沒有睡踏實。18樓這樣的隔音也是醉了！還有就是這個窗簾，很透光，一大早就被陽光刺眼弄得不舒服，加上噪音，一晚上沒有睡好覺！然後還有酒店入門的燈光，是感應的，而且沒有開關，這就造成如果是有人起夜，那個燈會亮，而且亮得很刺眼，嚴重影響睡覺。 然後整個房間不隔音，隔壁稍微大點聲就聽的一清二楚！ 總結一下就是，這個酒店老闆要麼是酒店行業的老手，為了省成本把酒店搞成這樣，要麼就是開酒店新手，被人坑了錢！

我衹能説新裝修的 但是房間太簡陋了 定的大床房 床上衹有一個枕頭 洗漱用品衹有一套 兩個人 怎麼用 連洗漱台的香皂也沒有 打電話 叫他們送枕頭 馬上就送來了 但是 到晚上洗漱的時候看到衹有一套洗簌用品 就懶得聯繫前台了

設施：齊全，剛開業還在完善，暫時衹開放了17 18層，19層是餐廳，還在完善中。
環境：地理位置屬於湘東的冷凍物流院內
服務：前台服務非常好！

酒店位置湘東高速口下來不遠，停車方便，吃飯要走個十幾分鐘不，不是很方便，房間設施和早餐還是可以的，性價比很高。

裝修風格跟沃爾頓有的比了.自動窗簾.風景挺好.氛圍燈設計的挺好.一進樓道就很香的.沒有什麼異味.衞生也挺乾淨.就是沃爾頓會更細節.服務也會更專業.鬍鬚刀和塗臉和護理都有備.大廳沒開空調.電梯很臟.看是今年新開裝修還是能理解！隔音效果真的不是很好.哪個房間愛愛的聲音很清楚.唯一不足：（差個洗衣房和健身房.）.連住幾天.衣服沒得地方晾乾）唯一不足：熱水忽冷忽熱得.很温.房間的插座有些沒安上.會出來.有待提高.
