Still not a good choice for families, but a nice enough property for a couple or friends. This Lefay property was much much better than their Garda resort, partially because things were so bad at Garda & hotel’s easy proximity to town was nice. The rooms were very nice, although it was very confusing to have to go up and down 2 different sets of elevators, 1 requiring a key. We loved the bike & hiking geer rentals! The saunas were lovely & spa services were excellent. The breakfast buffet was really good although again they sat us in a back corner when we arrived with a toddler. Children under 16 are not permitted in the restaurant with Michelin star. The GM really went out of his way to be friendly & accomodating. We were offered 3 complimentary body treatments as part of our stay. They were prebooked prior to out arrival- but hotel tried to charge us for them at check out! Again, we had to email back & forth after & now still have to review for proper credits. Once again, it became evident that owners don’t care about their customers. To us, everything seemed overpriced & underwhelming, not worth it. I would NOT recommend either Lefay property to any friends.

This hotel was amazing. From the scenic views to the fantastic spa! Bar was great - bartenders were amazing! A great spot for adventure and relaxation. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Dream vacation for sure! We were looking for a place to recharge and I found what we were exactly looking for. This hotel is amazing. It is a place to recharge and find your balance. The hotel is basically one big spa with many options to relax and rejuvenate. Clean, luxurious and comfortable. We felt welcomed. Everyone is so nice. Congratulations to the management on perfectly running this place. Every employee treated us with respect and kindness. The Dolomites are heaven. Hiking, biking, walking you have it all there in the best way possible. Your souls will be happy. The beauty of the valley is surreal. The air smells like tea and it’s just a perfect place to be in the summer. The rooms are beautiful. The bed is heavenly. And it’s really clean. We tried the spa and it was out of this world. I wish I knew to book more treatments ahead of time because it was hard to get a spot for massage once you arrive, it fully booked but I was able to get few and loved it. There is Indian type of a massage - Abhyanga that was truly amazing. It brought me back to life :) The bar area is beautiful for aperitif and super cozy, great place to make new friendships and relax. We had dinner in the Michelin restaurant on site and it was really nice. Special thanks to Federico for making us feel welcomed. One BIG special thanks to Clara from reception for making us feel at home. Clara is amazing, she really cares about her guests and super professional. She goes way above for her guests and is a rare jewel to have on staff. Thank you Clara for everything! We loved our stay. We will be back and also will visit new Lefay hotels that will open in the future. We are in love with this place and to us this is how vacation should be. Thank you all at the resort.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the town of pinzolo. Rooms are very nice with balconies however very close to the road. Try to get a room on a higher floor. The bathroom offers very little privacy to the rest of the room. Beautiful spa and exceptional gym. Indoor and outdoor heated pools with views. Only downside to this hotel was the main dining room felt like airport dining and food is very mediocre. We did not try the Michelin star restaurant as it was in a depressing room at the back. More of a winter hotel than summer. The staff were very nice. Hotel offered free e bikes which was great.

Absolutely magical stay at Lefay this past August. Impossible to find any faults whatsoever throughout the hotel. Highly recommend Aufguss in the 90 degrees Finish Sauna with Norman. What an experience. Also the Electric Bike ride up to the Waterfalls was fantastic. Everything about the Hotel was just perfect. From the food, to the room service and let’s not forget the world class 5 star Spa. We will be back. Love to all of the staff at the hotel.

A stunning hotel with a stylish and sophisticated design throughout. Our Junior Suite was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with elegance. The service was excellent. The resort features a large indoor/outdoor pool, with a spa, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The breakfast selection was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. Convenient parking is available in the on-site garage. Overall, a great experience combining luxury and relaxation.

Beautiful Resort. Breath taking scenery. We stayed for my birthday. Booked via Amex Platinum. We got upgraded on checkin. The architecture is a work of art. Our room was absolutely enormous and beautifully decorated with an hint of opulence. It had its own sauna room and a massive jet bath. The view from the room with its enormous terrace was spectacular. As a birthday gift they had Fizzy on ice on arrival in the room. They also brought some beautiful little gifts. The spa is enormous. We tried the Turkish couples massage ‍♂️ ‍♂️. It was very good. Unfortunately the Michelin star restaurant was not open. Breakfast had several choices. Loved the raw juice maker. You can also easily walk to other restaurants in the locality. We did day trips to Pinzolo and Molveno to see the lake and the grand Dolomites. I loved the gym also and nobody was in it.

This resort is one of one. Everything about this experience was amazing. The variety of saunas, treatments, activities, restaurants, and lounges makes you feel like you can have a long stay here and never be bored or uncomfortable. The staff is very professional and attentive. I only have one small complaint and that is that our AC was not cooling correctly in our first night. Amazingly, the staff was able to make adjustments with no need for someone to come into the room and very quickly the AC was working just fine. My wife and I are so impressed and are already thinking of coming back to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
