A decent hotel in Tahiti that is value for money. The only negative of the room is that the shower head was fixed far to low so showering required crouching.

3 nights. Arrived at 3 am and had super easy check in so we could get to our room without hassle. Everything was superb with helpful staff. The beds great. We lived sitting in the cafe each morning with an espresso and watching boats. Wish we had more time at the pool side. Only reason it's a 4 not 5 is because the slot blinds by the front door are permanently partially open and passer by can see in.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds with the ground floor rooms have doors opening onto the garden. The swimming pool is well maintained and not overcrowded. Our room was large with good A/C. Perhaps the shower and loo were in need of a little TLC but that’s a minor fault. The dining area was large and served good food though a full breakfast was a little overpriced. We would go back willingly.

Scam alert! Do not book a day pass. There is no food and no amenities. Even after they confirmed both over the phone prior to our arrival. Once we arrived at the time we said we would be here (and after a $40 taxi ride to the location) we were met with friendly faces telling us the pool would be closing soon and the restaurant is already closed (2pm in the afternoon). We had to scramble and ended up booking a room last minute at the intercontinental ($800) just to enjoy food, a pool, and a shower before boarding our overnight flight. Highly DO NOT recommend this establishment!!

Nice Hotel. A little far from Marina if you are cruising. No place to walk to. Staff friendly, and accommodating. Pool is magnificent and ground’s lovely . There is a restaurant on site a bit expensive. You can get a day pass if interested but it does not include a room. It’s only for the use of the pool and showers and part of the cost includes the restaurant.

Stayed here for a night prior to flying out the following morning. They helped arrange transportation to the airport for 21,000 CFP per person. The room was comfortable and there is AC. There is instant coffee provided as well as a mini fridge and safe. The WiFi was really slow in our room, so that was the main complaint. There is a pool and a view of a black sand beach. There’s a restaurant on site and breakfast starts at 6:30am. We tried to check out and they knew that we were leaving at 5:50am as they informed us upon checkin in, but there was no one at the front desk to check out with. We were able to settle everything after we left over email, but we just wished someone would’ve told us that the front desk would be closed because we spent 20 minutes trying to call someone while our driver was waiting to take us to the airport.

The entire section is over grown and tired. The buildings just need a bit of love, they're run down. Inside rooms were clean and spacious and staff were friendly although my room wasn't ready by 2pm despite being assured it would be. Wifi didn't work and after 2 trips to reception I just accepted it wasn't going to improve. Staff in general were very pleasant and perhaps as obliging as they could be. I would not return here to stay again.

The property was acceptable, but not easy to navigate. The room was also acceptable, while it did leave some to be desired in terms of upkeep & cleanliness. The pool was nice (although swarmed by children the day we were there--not the hotel's fault.) However, the staff was extremely unhelpful. Important information was not presented upon check-in, require 2 more (long) trips to reception since there was no phone connection from the room (that was answered). It appeared that the receptionists we saw (only 2 in 3 days) were incompetent, lazy or deliberately obstructionist. Many excuses were given for the issues, most blamed on others. They were extremely unhelpful. We were trying to book a jeep tour & it never happened. Even a phone call from the US prior to our stay elicited the information that the person we needed to talk to was out for lunch & could we call back in 20 min?

Very nicely updated mid-century hotel. The room was large and remodeled but kept a lot of the original details. The pool has also recently been renovated. The grounds are very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a nice view of the ocean and was reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in Papeete. There is a cool small black sand beach. The only complaint we had was that the shower head was super low and it's kind of far from much.
