Window to the Tower

Unfortunately, I left my car key and passport at the property. They only returned the car key and kept the passport. Moreover, they proceeded to lie to me about mailing the passport to my home address. I blocked the passport and reported them to the police. Please be careful with your belongings.

These people are con artists. Asked me to cancel my booking through a well known website and deal direct with them. Stupidly I did it. On arrival with 4 kids they said we needed a second room as we couldn't fit in one room... despite having confirmed the numbers all along. Then they asked me to pay 400 euros for a 230 euro booking. I showed them the emails on my phone when they argued it all and that Id misunderstood. Room for 6, all written in emails and confirmed with them. I think these scammers thought that being late on the day of arrival and travelling with kids they'd have me cornered, but luckily I could walk out having been asked to pay cash and immediately booked better rooms nearby and for less. They are full of it, deceptive fraudsters and the room they showed me was like a 1980s youth hostel. Filthy with dirt and dust and poor quality furnishings. Lucky escape here. If you have a booking cancel it immediately and go elsewhere!!! I found a lovely place not far from here for half the price at 7pm in peak season. Glad I'm an experienced traveller with the confidence to say no and to deal with this sort of hassle even with young children with me. 30 mins later we were checked in and off tomorrow booked meal and the next day at the tower for our booked ascent. Meno male che sono stata solo una notte!!proprietaria praticamente assente,ci ha accolto,se cosi si puo dire,solo al telefono...anche il check in lo abbiamo fatto al telefono!!lasciati da soli in una struttura che oltre tutto ha per tutto il tempo il portone aperto(e guai a chiuderlo)quindi anche poco sicuro.le camere orrende,secondo me le foto sono state fatte in un altra struttuta e non in questa,televisione non funzionante,frigo staccato,materasso bassissimo e duro,...bagno....dotato di:una gran puzza di fogna,una marea di calcare nella doccia,una boccetta di sapone per le mani quasi finito e una mini bustina di bagnoschiuma che non basta nemmeno per una doccia.abbiamo ricevuto informazioni in merito alla colazione dal bar convenzionato e non dalla proprietaria!!!assurdo. Un consiglio alla proprietaria:invece di spiarci con le telecamere...sia piu presente nella struttura.non si possono incassare solo i soldi

Camere sporche. Sull'armadio due dita di polvere. Materassi scomodissimi. Mio figlio ha dormito su una poltrona-letto ! Porte che non si chiudono bene e da cui entra luce esterna. Personale molto scortese accoglie senza mascherina e neanche chied il Green Pass !! Chiedono pagamento in contanti e non rilasciano ricevuta ! La colazione si fa in un Bar con un misero cappuccino e un cornetto mignon. Tutto il resto si paga a parte ! Assolutamente sconsigliato ! Nella zona si trova di meglio allo stesso costo.

het stinkt er, eigenaars zijn onbeleefd. insecten overal. het ontbijt trok op niets en er was geen toren te bespeuren door het raam. de bedden zijn hard en vallen uiteen. ze verkopen je een parkeerticket die achteraf niet legaal blijkt te zijn.
