Pistachio Hotel Sapa recensioner

Perfect place to stay in Sapa given its accessibility. Staff are hospitable. They also offered me a free upgrade to Canyon-view though I only booked for a mountain-view. Checkout their infinity pool albeit it's small.

the hotel exterior, interior decorations and the way it has been built on the slope/ hill is quite interesting. the staff are very friendly, attentive & meets beyond expectations. breakfast offers quite the range from asian to western. the infinity pool is a bit small but the mountain view is amazing.

View around the hotel was good. My room I booked face mountain. But location a lit out. So if you want to go to sun place got to walk out from hotell level 1 behind the building. About 10min walk. Weather cold when we are there. Breakfast was good. On top the swimming pool can take nice photo.

Friendly reception, strategically located in the middle of Sapa City. Easy to move around by walk.

Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

Highly recommended this hotel. All staff are approachable they are always willing to help and thank you for upgrading our room from deluxe to executive room 🫰🏻

A tip for the next traveller, email the hotel directly after booking to confirm your requests. I requested 2 single bed plus late check in on requests box but only emailed the late check in so we had 1 big bed instead. Also request that your room is away from the buffet corner-302, good thing we had 301 so we only hear a little of activity. Room was comfy and worth it for the price but don't have sufficient heater during our stay. If you're leaving the night before checkout do inform the desk before so they can pack you up some snacks. The hotel is close to the center via first floor, a flight of stairs and couple of mins walk. Google maps only show the main entrance but not the shortcut.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Such a beautiful place. The hotel room was outstanding. We got upgraded for free. The view was outstanding. Only sad thing we found there was no sauna and steam room option and the karaoke was closed. Guessing this was because of the luna new year? Either way, beautiful time.

We had a great stay. We were welcomed with a very nice lemongrass tea and our luggages handled as it was not check in time yet. After check in, we were brought to our room with our bags. The room has great interior, great amenities, amazing view from the balcony, wide variety of breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accidentally left my phone on the bed after check out. Went back a few minutes after, searched and found it with the help of the staff. Location: just 5 minutes walk from Sun Plaza. Love that they have heated indoor pool since roof top pool is too cold to swim in during winter. Totally recommend this one.
