這個小鎮本身就很漂亮，從這酒店行出市中心就五分鐘。這酒店超級賺，很細緻，很衞生，洗浴用品都是高級的。

What a delight. This is the perfect base from which to explore Pitlochry and beyond. Sandra and her staff are friendly and make you feel like guests in their own home. The food is amazing - carnivores should not be put off and the bedrooms, each with its own character, are quiet and extremely comfortable.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. I took my mother here for her 70th and we had the best time. Excellent staff, accommodation and general ambience. Food is outstanding - you must eat at the restaurant for dinner! Comfy beds with cute touches like little hot water bottles. Beautiful products in the bathroom and towels too. A cosy, very unique place. I hope it continues to do super well.

We had a lovely stay and evening meal. The food is amazing - amazing vegan food and the carrot dish with ginger was a real highlight, unlike anything we’d tasted before. The service is excellent with knowledgable staff and lots of local and well chosen drinks. The bar area is cosy and relaxing. The breakfast in my the morning was mainly buffet style with some hot options you could request. The granola was especially nice as was the hot option of homemade beans and haggis. We really love this place and had a relaxing stay. The room was quiet with complete darkness outside at nighttime. We had a great nights sleep and look forward to returning.

Our stay at Saorsa 1875 was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful and the food was outstanding. As vegans we're not always used to being put first, but we certainly were at Saorsa. The oat milk fridge won us over... I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, vegan or not, as they offer such a special experience :)

Visited the restaurant for lunch. It's an oasis of calm with a lovely, creative plant-based menu and chilled music. We enjoyed all the food, especially the aubergine dip and the potato pave. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Pitlochry.

The hotel aesthetic is amazing, really interesting rooms to eat, chill and sleep in. We loved the bar and the snug. Really interesting pieces in each room to admire and talk about, some great reading material and music as well. We ate from the A La Carte menu and were blown away, amazing dishes, super to share and try even more of the menu. We stayed in the Puffin Room. It was really slickly decorated and the bathroom tiles were lovely.

The food is to best plant based I’ve had. If you can be there on Friday or Saturdays for a 5 course tasting dinner, it is unbelievably good. The beds are soooo comfy, it’s got a relaxing yet interesting atmosphere and the staff are amazing. It’s a very friendly and welcoming hotel. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!

Walking through the doors of Saorsa is like entering an oasis of calm with touches of funky loveliness. The food is very much to our liking. It tastes delicious, is presented beautifully and leaves you feeling satisfied. We had the small/large plates menu and thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal ingredients including some "firsts" for us eg black radishes and Lion's Mane mushrooms. The rooms are comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast is divine too with apple cider vinegar, ginger & turmeric shots, coconut yoghurt and fabulous home made baked beans, scrambled tofu and oat milk porridge. We'll be back.
