Central A/C and stainless steel appliances are less than 2 years old.   We do not have a boat dock, however the sandy beach is easily accessible.      The Lake is very beautiful but in it lives the Chizzy Winks. (aka blind mosquito) They do not bite.  A Chizzy wink is a mischievous little white fly that lives in the water reeds and bull rushes of the lake. Sometimes, when the wind blows just right, out they come and can be real pests.
