We had a great stay at this hotel. The suite was large and bright (looked just like the photos), and the staff very lovely and helpful. It is well located in the center of the town one row back from the beach. The breakfast was also very good with a varied spread. While there are many beaches nearby, we found that we did use the pool and loungers at least once to relax in the time before arriving back from the day's activites and going out to dinner.

Superbly appointed and very well run and maintained. Our suite was large and modern. The hotel is fairly modest in size, which helps to keep the atmosphere and service intimate throughout the day. The Cyano is a haven during the hot summer days.

We booked two rooms which were both spacious and well equipped. Spotless cleaning and great housekeeping. Breakfast was pleasant and varied. All staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely, nice and deep, although not as large as it appears in some pictures. This is a small boutique hotel so never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend.

me and my wife stayed at this hotel for few nights recently he hotel is very nicly decoreted , the rooms are very well mainined clean and have all you need for a relaxin and enjoyble vacation the breakfast is tasty and served on the ground floor by the pool with very nice selection of food all that is served beside the outstanding hospitality of the staff which will do everithing to make your holiday enjoyble. always with a smile and good vibes it is a family run hotel which as soon as you are in , you feel like part of the family / i higly recoomend this hotel as a first choice in Plakias

Big rooms with a contemporary feel. Comfortable bed(very important to me). Balconies gave us a nice view of the pool-which is an excellent option if it is a windy day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yummy breakfast selection. We’ll be back 😊

Stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious, spotless and have lovely personal touches. Wonderful service from Maria and staff. Next time we will visit for longer. Thank you.

Had a wonderful week staying at Cyano. All the staff are friendly and helpful.Thespina, Maria Chara and everyone else are attentive and welcoming . Everywhere is immaculately clean. The rooms are large with good kitchen, fridge freezer and well stocked with utensils. The air conditioning is very quiet and very efficient, even when it is 36C outside! The pool is a good size for swimming and there are sun beds and a bar next to the pool. Great location for the town bars and restaurants, just a couple of minutes walk away, but far enough for it to be very quiet and peaceful .

Our stay at Cyano Apartment Hotel could not have been better. Despite being close to the centre the location was very quiet. The accommodation is beautifully designed, a modern building with well appointed suites fully equipped and with great attention to detail. Our package included breakfast which was both plentiful and had great variety. The staff and owner were particularly attentive and helpful and the housekeeping team were exceptionally thorough cleaning the apartment daily with fresh linen every three days. This was our first time in Crete and we have been really delighted with our choice.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Plakiss and in Cyano hotel from 6th to 13th May. Our accommodation was most comfortable, spacious 2 bed apartment, superb shower, cooking facilities etc. The apartment was serviced daily, sheets changed regularly and lively white towels replaced. Hot watrr available all the time....perfect! Breakfast was included with a wide variety of lovely produce including many swert bites. Hot food varied in quality hoeever ( a pity because with some minor adjustments I'd give this a 5). Staff were brilliant, always helpful, welcoming and anticipating evrry need.
