We are staying at the aqua bay suites at the min and have been so disappointed so far. The first night we arrived at 10.00pm. There was no food available but after nearly 2 hours they bought us a plate of bread to the room!!!! There were quite a few guests that arrived at the same time so we were suprised they hadnt accommodated for this. The staff at reception are really friendly and helpful but the rest of the hotel staff are pretty useless. We waited nearly an hour last night in the restraunt to be asked if we would like a drink. Our daughter has a sesame allergy which requires epi pens. There is very little allergy info with the food and the waiters have no idea what food has sesame in when we ask. The grounds/ gardens are the worst I've ever seen. They are not maintained at all and the amount of weeds around the sun beds is ridiculous. Also all inclusive ends at 11.00pm. My husband was asked to pay for his drink at 11.03pm. In addition to all of this the entertainment on the night is very basic either no thought or care put into it. I've never written a review before but have been so disappointed that I felt I needed to for this. I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be returning.

Little review on our 10 days in aqua bay hotel 🇬🇷 Wonderful Family Stay at Aqua Bay Hotel We had a lovely time at Aqua Bay Hotel and would happily recommend it, especially for families. Food: The food was very good, with a wide selection that changed daily. Everything was regularly replenished, so there was always something fresh and tasty available. Although ice creams outside of meal times weren’t included, it wasn’t an issue for us. In fact, it was a fun touch seeing the kids create their own little ice cream desserts during lunch and dinner. Drinks: The drinks menu was impressive, with a great range of freshly made cocktails and iced coffees. Everything was made to order, which added a nice touch of quality to the all-inclusive experience. Rooms: The rooms were clean and fairly basic, but perfectly comfortable. The housekeeping team did a great job, coming in twice a day to tidy up and change towels, even in the evening which was appreciated. Pools & Facilities: While the pools could use a bit of tidying up in places, there were plenty of sun loungers available, so we never struggled to find a spot. The towel card system worked really well and was a nice convenience. Staff: The standout for us was definitely the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, helpful, and eager to assist with anything we needed. As with anywhere, a little kindness goes a long way, and we found that pleasant conversation was always met with a smile and excellent service. Overall, Aqua Bay provided a relaxed and enjoyable stay with good food, great drinks, friendly staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

We just enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Aqua Bay Suites with a swim up pool. The room was always clean and not a bad size for the 3 of us. They offer extra towels at night which I feel is unnecessary and not very eco friendly. The staff were generally pleasant and always available to help. The Aqua Restaurant was ok, good choice and only repetitive if you choose the same thing. However I always found the food a bit lukewarm. The Garden Restaurant BBQ night in the waterpark was disappointing very limited choice of BBQ food and wasps on the desserts. The wasps are a real pain, they seem to leave drinks out to entice them to one area but this doesn’t work. The a la carte restaurants were very good, the food was great and very tasty. We also had a meal out one night at the Botanic Garden Restaurant just outside the hotel which was amazing and not a wasp in sight. The waterpark was good fun even if it was a little tired. The entertainment was pretty rubbish the same singers gets boring singing slow songs. The Michael Jackson tribute was fun though. We also used the Aqua Spa which was lovely, we had massages and facials. We went on a boat trip with ABBA tours (right outside the deluxe) to the Shipwreck and Blue caves which was amazing and worth a trip out. Don’t listen to the bad reviews go and enjoy it for what it is.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, super friendly. The spa is amazing and the massages are really good and reasonably priced. The food and drink was great, plenty of choice from the restaurant and snack bars. Close enough to town to stroll in to many bars and restaurants, and only a 10 min stroll from the beach. All in all great family holiday,

Had a joint massage with my daughter, Jordan was my therapist and made me feel relaxed and the treatment t was excellent My daughter also enjoyed her first experience at a spa

Visited spa during family holiday. Nice way to take a break from the all you can eat buffet and volleyball. Lovely treatment and setting. Masseuse was very vigorous yet tender. Would recommend
