Anetis Hotel

Amazing beach hotel Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with sunbeds on the garden from the third row in from the beach, for hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast, as it was delicious and great value. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!

Great hotel with clean modern rooms. The staff was great at the hotel and the restaurant attached. Would stay again for sure.

Just returned from 9 days stay at the Anetis... what a fabulous time we had. Very clean rooms, excellent view, brilliant and hospitable staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else as we have been truly spoilt by this beautiful place. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff... Dennis, Billy, Ilias and all the staff from the Lifetime bar ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The food in the Lifetime bar is delicious.....compliments to the chef.... I really can't wait to holiday at the Anetis again next year.

The location is the best thing about this place , the beautiful beach is literally a stone’s throw away , stunning food in all directions the lifetime beach bar food is amazing and avli restaurant just around the corner is truly stunning, it’s a basic hotel with a massive comfy bed but the family that run it are so friendly too definitely would go back , well we did it’s our second time and will be going again

Just home from another lovely stay at the Anetis. Standard room. Basic yes. Clean and comfortable. These rooms are upstairs and the balcony looks out over the sea. Perfect. We had breakfast here every day also. Always good. All of the staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The perfect spot in Tsilivi. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. A wee home from home.

Quite basic but was in basic standard room. had everything you needed. We asked for a toaster and it was in the room. Good air con. Near bar and cafe area. Good food. Drinks good. Quite pricey. Stick to full or small breakfast otherwise they charge about the same for egg on toast and a coffee. Beach is in front of the restaurant. Free sun beds on the bit by the cafe. Small steps down to the beach. Staff were great. Denis is in call 24 hours if you need anything. He is usually in reception but he has a mobile number.
