We would like to thank all of the staff. The hosters, the structure of this resort are wonderful. We felt in home with such lovely treatment. I strongly recommend your wonderful care and it will be on our mind_ sweet memories ever. We will be back for sure! Many many many thanks to make our dreams come😀.

New hotel, great staff, rooms are good size, a lot of pools, plenty of fodd, good drinks, a little far from everything, probably the best hotel in Cuba.

I am behind schedule in writing this review related to my visit over New Year’s Eve 24/25. This was my second visit to the Melia Trinidad Peninsula and really impressed again. Stayed in The Level section this time as it was now open. The rooms in this section are great and the concierge service was fantastic. Lizandra was AMAZINY. She went above and beyond every day to make our stay amazing. She even arranged to have us meet up with her at her home in Trinidad on her day off as it was our last day in Cuba. The food at this resort is way above average. We ate lobster 5/7 nights for dinner including NYE! Having a dedicated pool/restaurant/bar/beach area was really great during the busy holiday season. Ilyanet and Irian at the pool bars were great and so welcoming all week. Great live shows almost every night and our good friend DJ Rolay spinning great music after the show! The two Edwardo’s served great specialty coffees during the day and great drinks at night. Lazaro was our man at the Level restaurant! Juan the manager is constantly roaming the property to ask for feedback and provide help as needed. Can’t recommend this place enough for the property and mostly the staff!!

First time at Meliá Trinidad peninsula and I was surprised by the warm welcoming to everyone upon arrival. The hotel it’s not only so beautiful and comfortable it’s as well super clean Service is good and super friendly Food was very good and tasty and all the choices that you can imagine. We recommend to all our friends and family it’s a truly 4 1/2 star hotel. We were on the deluxe room and was more than enough and big and comfortable Definitely we are coming back 😍 we love it Regla at the bar amazing we love her Geraldo at the buffet and his coworker that unfortunately I don’t know his name they give a 5 star service. The housekeeping were outstanding our room was on the second floor 1213 . This little paradise was our best choice so far.

Pros: excellent customer service, great food with no shortages, multiple restaurants, clean modern rooms with hot water always, no blackouts, wifi excellent Cons: beachfront rocky, good for snorkeling not best for swimming Will return, a diamond of a hotel in Cuba
