Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

We spent 7days/nights here at the beginning of August! We had an amazing week! The staff were amazing and very friendly! From check in with Marcel on our arrival to check out on our last day we were looked after and loved every second! Our room was clean and spacious and was cleaned every day to a high standard, fresh towels were provided regularly. On my husbands birthday we went back to our room to find a bottle of fizz, box of chocolates and a personalised note writhing him a happy birthday (lovely touch and truly appreciated) The pool area was great and we never had any issues getting sunbeds despite not being up at the crack of dawn every day. The pool bar snacks and drinks were great and we ate here 4/7 days we were there. The main restaurant was good, breakfast was amazing and although we always found something to eat that we liked we a little disappointed with the food in here. The restaurant was always clean and tables were cleared promptly after people left. We are in the Italian restaurant once during our stay and was impressed with the food and service in there. The entertainment was great, not always to our taste but good all the same and couldn’t be heard from our room which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool DJ! Entertainment was in short bursts so if you were there for a quiet relaxing holiday then it wasn’t go invasive of your time. Cocktails were great along with the extensive choice of branded spirits. Often our drinks were replenished as we were getting to the bottom of the last drink We were happy with the shower room provided on our last day due to later leaving time than we are used to. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday!

This hotel was a big let down. We have stayed in Lanzorate many times and never will stay here again. No value for money. We were on the ground floor. Two adults, mother and daughter in one room and my sister in one room by herself next door to us. We were told a Garden view, however, there was no view, we were facing directly into the large public car park. The wall was low with a chain link wire fence on top. Camper vans were parked right up against the fence only a few feet from our patios, with a direct line of vision of our patio and apartments, because of this we could not use the patio. We advised the staff on two occasions but we never received any feedback. Facilities such as hairdryer needs updating/ soap dispenser empty and we had to request tor toilet paper. Otherwise it was spotless and cleaned daily. Catering: The food quality was mediocre not great for a 4 star hotel, no tea/coffee available at lunchtime and when the dishes ran out you had to ask and wait for them to replenish the food. The Italian Restaurant that had to be booked in advance was a disaster - my pasta in my lasagna was raw and my sisters main course was cold. When we brought this to the attention of the server she was very gracious and apologetic and genuinely shocked when she saw our food. Pool: Shortage of Umbrellas: There were plenty of sunbeds but a definite shortage of sun umbrellas. Sunbeds: needs a better system – you had to get a block from the life guard to leave keep your sunbed while you went to eat lunch but if you were gone too long your towel would be removed. Entertainment: There is no proper bar. The bar area at the reception area is very small with one bathroom for ladies and one for gents facing directly into one another - the front of the toilet cistern was broken and the cover was just left on the shelf, there was also no toilet paper. Pool area bar: daytime entertainment for solo artists and DJ was excellent for the small platform and variety of artists was excellent. However, the stage area in the Pool bar was dreadful, it was too small with a low ceiling - the 3 acrobats could not stand up straight on their partners shoulders – appalling. Suggestion: get rid of the small indoor stage replace it with more tables and chairs. Find a dedicated area for a stage area outside for the evening entertainment. Cleanliness/Health and Safety: Pool area, when we arrived down at 7.30am all glasses and items leftover from the night before were still on the tables. The sunbeds were cleaned but the tables and surrounding area still had drink spilt on the ground and tables from the previous day. From 3pm onwards the bins were full and left overflow by the pool side. Also I cannot speak for others, but guests that we met did say to us, they would never return and had similar opinions.

Couple aged 56/60. Just back from another fab week at this hotel. Lovely laid back place. Staff can't do enough for you. Food was lovely, always find something to enjoy. Drinks plentiful. Never had a problem getting a sunbed (usually not until the afternoon as we like to go out walking in a morning when it's cooler) and there was a stack of spare beds always available by the outdoor hot tub area. Entertainment was a good mix....we particularly enjoyed the White Party (Wednesday evenings) and DJ Nandy's pool party. Housekeeping were great, bed made, towels changed, bins emptied and floor swept every day. Maintenance staff were literally working round the clock, including laying a new tiled floor in the dining room overnight in stages.....with no disruption to guests whatsoever. Yes the rooms are dated, but they are clean and in good repair. No complaints from us at all. Definitely would recommend for a chilled stay, close to beach and bars.

Greeted on arrival with a cava. Suitcases left in a store place as we’d got there about 11:30am and check-in wasn’t until at least 3pm. Had to mill about for the intervening time, asked for a wifi code so we could at least go online and were given a temporary one until we could use the one allocated to our room. Went to lunch in between as well, but this did seem such a long day as we’d been up since 2am, had this in other hotels but usually until 2pm. Had a call at around 3:15pm to say the room was ready, but when we went to reception there were loads of people who had just arrived and only 2 on reception so we had to wait for all of those people to be checked in before we were eventually given the room keys. Staff we interacted with throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful and we never had to wait long for assistance at any of the bars or for drinks service at any meal. Room was clean with a headroom area and sitting area. Both had separate air conditioning units, but both didn’t work properly, the one in the sitting area was just noise and produced no cool air, the one in the bedroom did produce cool air which you could feel directly underneath it, but even leaving the keycard in while we went out in the evening the temperature seldom dropped to below 26 degrees. There was a fridge stocked with drinks for AI guests but once these were used they were not replaced, we did feel that this could have had a replacement at least once during our holiday as people there for 1 week had exactly the same as us and we were there for 2 weeks. For the first 8 days neither the bedding or towels in the room were replaced. So I resorted to leaving the wet towels in a heap on the floor of the shower. Came back to find they’d been removed but not replaced so had to go to reception to ask for towels. They were supplied to the room with in 10 minutes, but should I have needed to do this? Water, both fizzy and still were available from a self service machine at the pool bar, so take a refillable container with you. The pool bar opened at 10:30am, but you could use the water machine before this time as the door was opened earlier. Breakfast was from 8am, lunch from 1pm and dinner from 6:30pm. We’re always early so there was no difficulty getting a table, but we did see those who came later having problems finding a table that had been reset, and in the evening they operate a digital call system so you often saw people with the digital receivers I. The bar waiting to be called to tables for their evening meal. Food was very much as expected for AI so fairly similar choices and never that hot (although the serving utensils were boiling under the heat lamps). Breakfast had omelettes, fried eggs and British bacon all cooked in front of you. The problem we continually found was there was only 1 person doing all the cooking so when the bacon was ready there were no eggs ready and vice versa - if you’re going to do it this way then there needs to be one pers

The beds were comfy , the staff are very friendly and welcoming , The rooms were always cleaned, The food was amazing , the frappes were amazing . I enjoyed my stay at H10 white sweet I will be definitely coming back . I was would recommend coming they have a shop across the road so you can get essentials.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for five nights and were truly impressed by the experience. The food was absolutely superb, offering a variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations—even though I'm a picky eater, I found plenty to enjoy. The service was equally outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. However, there was one aspect that impacted our experience—the situation with the sun loungers. Every morning, as early as 7 a.m., guests were already reserving loungers by the pool, making it quite challenging to find a spot later in the day. This competitive atmosphere around the loungers took away from the otherwise relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, slightly diminishing our overall experience. Despite this, we had a great time and would recommend the hotel!

This hotel had so much potential. The staff are fantastic and it's a good location. However I would honestly advise against visiting this hotel. Despite having asked for an upgrade by email before we came, this request was ignored and for the 11 nights we were staying we had the worst location in the hotel. To call it a building site does not do it justice. Diggers and cement mixers going all day. The noise and fumes are awful At night you couldn't use the balcony either due to the layers of dust and sand everywhere. You couldn't dry towels or clothes. So we had to sit inside the apartment. There were 2 TVs, which we couldn't watch as there are no English speaking channels- only Spanish, French and German. Overall for the money we paid it was a very disappointing stay. My advice is to call ahead and check as there are several rooms in this area. It is sheer greed on behalf of this hotel to sell these rooms. I wonder if they went on a supposed luxury holiday, would they find it acceptable???

If you want a chill and relaxing holiday then this is the hotel for you!! Great hotel overall! However, there are things that need improving to make this hotel even better so White Suites please read constructive criticism! For context - we stayed during the refurb and stayed in a room that was refurbed. Good points: - Modern decor - Chilled vibe to the place - Food excellent - All inclusive drinks are good. (Wide selection and good quality cocktails) - Evening entertainment excellent. (Don’t forget to bring a white outfit for the white party) - Loved the live music by the pool. (Some days they had chilled music but on Sundays they have a DJ which is honestly great. So is perfect for old and young people) - Location is fab - about 5 min walk to beach and 15 min walk to the marina with shops and restaurants. - Friendly staff overall Things to improve: - Mirror!! Oh my goodness I did struggle without a mirror. The room had been refurbished but the only mirror they had was really high up so I was too small so see myself in it and often had to stand on the sofa. There was a mirror in the bathroom but you can’t use it when someone is using the shower as it steams up. A full length mirror in the room would make it perfect! - TOWELS!! We had to stay the whole week using the same beach towel as we tried to change it everyday but they never had enough!! The life guard was not helpful at all. We had asked him everyday in the morning to change our towel. He said he didn’t have any and told us to come back in the afternoon then we came back and there were still none. This happened everyday no matter what time!! Leaving us using the same sweaty and dirty towel. We complained at reception and nothing was done. - Stage for entertainment. The entertainment is fabulous but they need a better stage! The stage is quite small and they had an excellent acrobatic act that definitely needed more space. The lights didn’t work for two nights so we had to listen to the singer in darkness. Overall excellent stay!! Honestly soooo relaxing!!
