Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

I was so apprehensive about coming to this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I was so pleased to discover for us it was 10/10. The location, staff, rooms and food has been nothing short of amazing! The location is perfectly situated between the newer and older part of playa blanca. Our preference was the newer area over the old town. The hotel is just a 15 minutes walk of to both areas. The hotel itself is stunning. Not the largest hotel, but again the size suited us to a tee. The rooms however are very generous in size, plenty of room. We also loved that it is two stories high. The staff are all so very friendly and cannot do enough to help. We extended our room on the last day which was great as we had a night flight home. The food choices were very varied at all meal times and the dining hall was spotlessly clean. As was the full hotel and resort in general. Another excellent idea was the bands used as your room key, this was genius! Cannot fault anything about our stay. It was also my birthday while we were here and the hotel brought me up a bottle of Cava and chocolates to my room. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

We moved here after extending our trip in Playa Blanca and I have to admit after the “die hard” fans of the Timanfaya palace were trying to ward us off staying here with comments such as “you won’t beat the Timanfaya palace” I was a little worried. HOWEVER! This hotel absolutely trumped the Timanfaya palace for us! It’s clean, stunning and two pools and a hot tub - maybe we were just better suited to the boutique appeal of this place. Breakfast was modern with a better layout, more intimate and well designed with beautiful decoration. The food options we felt were much better in comparison - toasties, crepes, English and Spanish bacon , 3 types of sausage then the continental options even porridge!! Much more choice of fruit juices and refreshments and these also tasted less sweet than Timanfaya. The pool area is well thought out with a great pool bar from 10:30-00:00 - they had a couple of singers on during the day whilst we stayed there and they were fab! The only gripe about the pool is that the shallower / warmer one was in need of a repaint or a bit of maintenance as there were quite significant chips in the paint work which made it look grubby. But aside from that great service and padded sun loungers which made it super comfortable to relax! You can also book the additional pagoda area which includes a bottle of cava and you can get snacks served there too. Staff were friendly, extremely helpful and kind and could not do enough for us! We even received a welcome gift on arrival. The bar areas are great and this hotel is perfect for those who like a bit more luxury and not as many people! The hotel is small and boutique as described but we were absolutely blown away by the service etc. It’s a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the seafront and if you turn left you can walk to Marina Dorada easily which has a great selection of upmarket restaurants and clothing stores and a market on Weds and Sat! We highly recommend Lani’s bar for their house DJ and snacks on a Weds! If you turn right on the seafront you end up walking into Playa Blanca and there are plenty more less expensive food options over here as well as sandy beaches, bars and lots of things for families to do! All in all we would definitely return to this hotel in the future as it was fantastic!

We booked this short, break of a week back in July. However we then started to worry upon reading some of the reviews. We have stayed many times in H10 Hotels. Our worries were totally unfounded, this is a really beautiful Hotel and we would most certainly return again. Our room had a beautiful garden view, and we were well aware before coming that we did not have a pool view. Our suite was of a good standard, with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and balcony. It was cleaned to a high standard daily. The only issue we had was with our door lock/handle being troublesome. Upon reporting this to reception, it was fixed that day! The Hotel grounds were kept to a good standard, with gardeners and maintenance staff working daily. We stayed half board. The buffet food was excellent. We only eat Fish or Veggie, but the variety was excellent. I cannot comment on the meat products. Most of the restaurant staff were nice and friendly just a couple seemed stressed. We were strongley advised NOT to drink the tap water!! The pool bar food was lovely, nice variety of sandwichs, salads and snacks. As we were NOT all inclusive, we paid for our drinks, all receipts were given and the alcohol was a very reasonable price! We ate in the Italian on one occasion. It does have a small menu, however the food we ordered was delicious and we could not fault it. We did notice a few people around the hotel moaning, however the majority were very happy. We will cetainly return again and next time stay for longer than a week. Can't wait to come back!

Best hotel we have stayed in for a while ,we got upgraded to pool view suite which was superb . Food excellent plenty of choice Excellent location can walk right to old town left rubicon marina Staff friendly can’t do enough for you Everywhere was spotless We will be back thank you white suites for making our stay so good

This my 20th visit so I obviously love it here. Lovely warm welcome from staff who have been here for a long time. Cava on arrival then to the room as requested. Hotel always try to accommodate requests. Immaculate and kept spotless for my stay. Pool area great and gardens constantly being kept tidy. Food is buffet style and always something I like. Also outdoor pool bar for lunch. The Italian restaurant is fantastic and you can eat there one night of your stay. Entertainment round the pool during the day and evening, loved the day time entertainment especially the DJ. No white night this stay as it stops in the winter months. Drinks are all branded and plentiful. Jhoan on guest relations is brilliant if you have any issues. Usual problem with towels on sunbeds . The hotel removed them before 9am on two days and this is definitely the way to get the message across each week. I am back in April and can’t wait. Never fails to please .

I’m not writing this to be critical, I was just so disappointed. When you read boutique and 4star you have expectations. We usually stay at the Barcelo adults only hotels, and in the future that’s where we will be going. We thought we needed to try something different and this looked really nice. On arrival we waited for our room which we expected and when we did get our keys and opened the door it’s smelt so damp, like it had been cleaned to make it smell nice but didn’t cut it. The damp was showing through the wallpaper.It was so disappointing I can’t tell you how we felt, this was for my husband’s birthday we always go away, and we never go cheap but for what we paid for 6 days it was not up to scratch. So you don’t think I’m being unreasonable I have attached photos do you can judge for yourself if this is indeed 4star boutique.
