Airline sent my missing luggage to hotel, but hotel tell me after I left, even I told reception my luggage lost and no much clothes. After I were back home, I received email from hotel that my luggage remained in hotel, But hotel refused to send luggage to airport luggage lost office, airline refused to took my luggage because they had send to hotel, the case of luggage lost was closed. Airlines promised to send the luggage back to my country，but hotel need to return the luggage to airline luggage lost in airport. Since i am in thousands of miles away now, i am not able to get contact information of airline luggage lost officer, But it is easy to reach them by going to lanzarote airport arrival, it a small airport. I am still fighting for my luggage with hotel and airline baggage lost…

Back 1 week from our 11 day family holiday in Jardin De Sol. Absolutly fab from start to finish. Self catering apartments had everything you need " home from home" . Regular cleaning service and while we had 1/2 issues with applicances they responded and fixed issue straight away. Pool area and grounds spotless. Bailey bar excellent with really good quality food espcially for a poolside/snack bar . We had our evening meal there two nghts. Top drawer. Bailey & his staff are great hosts and very attentive. They know how to look after their customers. Happy Hour is also a bonus 5-7 every eveing. Variety of evening entertainment to suit all tastes during the week. Would definelty be back again. 10/10

Spotlessly clean apartment and grounds, v spacious accommodation, having 2 bathrooms made life so much easier. We liked that the kitchen was separate to the living area which had the fold out bed. Filtered water on tap was a massive plus. Kitchen v well equipped. The air conditioning was very good and there was 3 v effective units in the apartment- one in each bedroom and also one in the living area. Lots of private outdoor space with chairs and sun loungers. Washing machine and dishwasher added bonuses. The restaurant/ bar is excellent, staff v polite, friendly and informative. The food was as good or better than the best of the restaurants on the sea front. There’s no shop on site, closest one is about 300M away. We could have done with more frequent towel changes The pools are relatively small but have glass enclosures so well fenced off for toddlers. The padded sun loungers are v comfortable and plenty of parasols around It’s about 15-20 min walk to Playa Blanca town, a little less to the beautiful Flamingo beech - this may not suit everyone Overall the feel of a villa (a very large comfortable one) with the added benefit of a reception and excellent restaurant on site. Would definitely return
