Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park

Decent enough hotel with lovely grounds on the edge of the main resort. Nice pool area and great to have the water park attached. That’s small but was so quiet it didn’t matter. Nice room that was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Food was a bit disappointing but when isn’t an all inclusive. Great value for money overall.

Was very nice experience My boyfriend and I really liked this first time here! We came with the family, the food could improve especially on the weekends, we loved the shots before entering the restaurant, Honey rum!! The rooms were ok , and the big gym very good activities and shows, the entertainment team was very adorable and friendly, Ivanna from the team always spoke to our family with such a good vibe at every meeting. Reception, thank you for making our check-in quick. happy life

We stayed here for Christmas , 2 adults and 2 children. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the groundsmen, cleaners, restaurant, reception and management. We had 2 bungalows with inter connecting door. They were very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel, grounds, and pool areas were kept very clean. Santa arrived on his camel on Christmas Day, which was a great surprise, and gave all the children a gift. The animation team worked very hard, were very friendly and great fun. The food in the restaurant and pool bar were buffet. There was plenty of choice , but I think this could be improved. We had a great holiday and would love to come back next Christmas.

Excellent stay. Brilliant animation team, very clean, great food and thank you to Vlad and Helena for great activities and a laugh every day. Would definitely come back here for sure. It's a very relaxed place and we have many happy memories here.

Great holiday with the family . The room are very comfortable and the food is delicious and changing everyday at the main restaurant. Full of activities during the day for kids and adults and in the night always minidisco and evening show ! Last night there was a fire show absolutely amazing never seen something like this they made us dream incredible. Playa flamingo very close to the hotel. We ll be back !

I'm so upset to be writing this review as I have had a great holiday in Lanzarote at the Relaxia with my family. The hotel itself it's a nice family friendly hotel, basic 3* but you get what you pay for. We stayed for 9 nights and 7 of them were great. We then discovered on MY BIRTHDAY 30/05/25 - our 8th night after being round the pool all day (6pm), I had some personal belongings Stolen from our room. A bottle of perfume (Prada paradox) A bottle of aftershave (Dior savage) My makeup bag with all of my makeup inside!!!!!! (Why would u take used makeup) And my Pandora necklace (took it off in the morning and forgot to put it in the safe we hired. Although do not expect to put makeup and perfume in a safe!!!) The worst of is that the thief had the cheek to leave a cigarette on our table where my belongings were placed!!!! My assumption is that either a maid done it or someone has entered through the INTERCONNECTING DOORS INSIDE OF THE ROOM. Our door was locked and so was the window, no sign of forced entry. Even more so, not even an apology from the hotel, they don't seem to be that bothered about it all. I would recommend you hire multiple safes to place ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS INSIDE, AS ITS NOT SAFE IN THE ROOM THAT YOU'VE HIRED. I Would not come back. THERE ARE BETTER SAFER HOTELS IN THE AREA. Other than that the food is OK, the strawberry daiquiris are lovely (€3) the Beds are super uncomfortable and the beach at playa flamingo is beautiful. Good luck if your coming, not much relaxing at the Relaxia!!
