It was our first holiday in Lanzarote and we were pleased with the hotel: it is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to the best beaches (Playa de Papagayo, for example). The room was always spotlessly clean and tidy. The restaurant had a lot of variety (both breakfast and dinner) with delicious food (but lunch could have had more variety). The all-inclusive snacks, however, fell far short (they should have had more quality and variety). The cocktails were magnificent! We must highlight the excellent service of the restaurant/bar staff, who were always attentive and friendly: the head waiters were always helpful, the waiters were always efficient (Diogo, a very nice Portuguese boy) and a special thanks to Emanuel, Daniel and the dark-haired boy who I can no longer remember the name of at the bar, who were always very kind, excellent professionals and proactive (a big OBRIGADO () to them for contributing to a wonderful holiday). The negative point of our stay was a situation regarding the tennis court where, having already paid for 2 sessions (2 hours of tennis), the reception staff demanded that we pay for a 3rd session (due to a lack of communication between them), claiming that we hadn't paid for one of the days. It was embarrassing as the tall, slim, blonde receptionist claimed we were liars. Fortunately, the situation was resolved at the end of the stay and we were refunded the amount due. The spa should be free to enter. The entertainment was good and inclusive. Overall it was a good experience.
