Connaissant déjà l’hôtel Rubicon, c’était un plaisir d’y retourner cependant la propreté n’était pas à la hauteur et le matelas pas des plus confortables

Brilliant Stay 5* Decided to upgrade when booking to Privilege. Glad we did . Flight great, airport was normal wait at border control. Usual British people moaning. Upon arrival at resort great check in. Room was ready. Room was cleaned everyday, mini bar stocked daily and a lovely touch of chocolates left on pillow every night. Staff very friendly . Evening lovely making use of privilege terrace. Food was amazing at The Volcan restaurant. A lot of negative comments on the site, not sure if they were staying in same place???. Would definitely come back again

Hotel clean and tidy . All inclusive was great with premium drinks etc. good choice of different food . The staff really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the air conditioning was not working so room uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. Had to open up doors to let breeze in. The other problem is taxi service was not great so didn’t leave the hotel as much as we would of liked to

HONEST REVIEW We have been here 10 days but with TUI BECAUSE OF early flights we actually been here 8 days it’s a beautiful hotel food was nice but not excellent (although extra dinners were much better ) entertainment was good again not great but I must say guy named CARLOS was very good every day lovely fellow very funny and chatty , rooms were nice with a sea view and close to the main lobby and buffet . Towels changed regularly but rooms could have been cleaned a little more never the less our holiday was really good I would come back to this place again !

Can't fault the hotel on the food, the decor, cleanliness, entertainment etc but we were originally booked for half board and decided to upgrade to privilege and that's when the problems started. There's a lack of communication on what you are entitled to as a privilege guest. Reception are very busy at times so it would have been better if they had a piece of paper in German,English etc to hand to guests to explain which restaurants you can use etc as a privilege guest. We had access to the privilege lounge where all drinks,including water, are free but when we ate in the restaurant we had to pay for water as we were half board ? We also used the privilege pool but couldn't use the privilege van at the pool for drinks etc as that was only for all inclusive yet we could get the same things for free in the privilege lounge ? We also found we couldn't access the hotel wifi when we changed rooms as it always went back to our initial room number and spoke to people who had been there two weeks with the same problem every day and had to keep going to reception to try and sort it out. These are minor problems that do need clarification.

Let's start at the beginning. We booked through Tui via a friend's suggestion, flights, transfers and all inclusive included. We arrived at the hotel around 10pm, a warm welcome was provided to every guest and all information you could ever wish for was provided. Key cards were provided and we were taken to our rooms. The views from the reception to the rooms were amazing looking over either the sea or the mountains. Once reaching the room my partner and I were amazed by the decor and the cleanliness. They provided all the toiletries you could ever wish and the views from the balcony were amazing. A short walk away was the most amazing cliffs, which if your into you photography like I am is definitely worth a visit. There are multiple restaurants to choose from and the buffet had different food on every night.

Superb facilities and great staff. The hotel experience is always what counts isn’t it? So the H10 Rubicon Palace definitely delivers that. The staff are professional and attentive while being relaxed and not intrusive. We went fully inclusive and sometimes that means you get bored by the food after three days. We were there 7 days and it was fabulous. Great selection of on site restaurants and bars. Small cafe bars too which do the most divine cakes and salads. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel too. The room was fabulous and a great view of the sea and Fuertaventura from our balcony. Would recommend.

have just recently come back from an 11 night stay in this resort. I had a fantastic holiday with only a few minor issues, getting them out the way first..there was a minor ant problem in my room, nothing I couldn't handle myself but it was quite icky at points. the cleaners didn't seem to do a great job at cleaning the room, feet were constantly filthy from the floor being dirty, so I'd suggest that that be improved asap. the lifts were pretty slow and often broke down, not an issue for people that can use the stairs but had someone with mobility issues in our party so stairs weren't an option most of the time. queues to get drinks in the disco bar and waiting times in the piano bar were often pretty lengthy but can't be helped if it's busy, the staff were constantly working so I didn't mind waiting. these were really the only 'issues' I had but they were minor. everything else was great, food was good (although could get repetitive) I never left breakfast, lunch or dinner still feeling hungry, which I've experienced at other all inclusive resorts. found the beds comfy enough, multiple british channels on the tv in bedroom, fresh bottled water was replaced in room a few times. the entertainment was fab a lot of the nights, especially the fire show, soul hunters, essential and another trio I can't quite remember the name of, Africa Footprints maybe? they were all absolutely fantastic. good range of drinks and cocktails, range of snack food in the pool bar was great, hot dogs, nachos, baguettes, melon, etc. it's a good place to sit out of the sun for a bit to get something to eat and drink but still be by the pool. we tried all a la carte restaurants (apart from the privilege one) and thoroughly enjoyed all three of the them. the bistro bar was also great, loved going in there for ice cream and a quesadilla. staff were all helpful and friendly, reception is gorgeous, pools are great (non heated ones are freezing but I welcomed that in the heat!) wanna give a special shout out to Marcos from the animation team, his energy alone just radiates positivity. always came to chat with us when we passed him, he even found us on our last day to say goodbye. he's an absolute credit to this resort. we did aquadance with him (although wish we hadn't have waited until our second last day!) as it was so so much fun. it was a fantastic holiday and we've already booked to come back for 2 weeks next year, this time privilege. can't wait to be back!
