We have stayed at your hotel complex over 30 times, we love this hotel, yes it is ready for a refurbishment, however all the staff are wonderful and the position is perfect for my husband and myself. When booking I find Ivette, Yolanda and Miguel so very helpful. Also I just wanted to say the last 3 times we have had a wonderful room cleaner called Yaima Muro, who is so lovely and helpful. I feel they have a hard job, however nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady and we just wanted her to have the recognition for her hard work whilst keeping so cheerful. Please give her a big thank you from us and tell her we really appreciate her. All the bell boys are all so nice especially Eduardo who we have made a good friendship with over the years. Thank you again for a lovely holiday and we hope to come back again soon.

This suited us just fine Bang in the centre of Playas , all the bars and restaurants across the road Group of lads on the a golfing tour this was a fab central location The hotel is huge but didn’t feel in personal Breakfast was good. Eat in side or out in the sun, loads of choice from heathy fruit to about 5 different types of sausage We was facing in land , so we got no sun on our Terrance but good to people watch Rooms fine, it would be nice to have tea making faculties but it wasn’t a big deal. Uk 🇬🇧 tv and a decent shower was fine Would have like Linder to explore the huge hotel Ps. Loverly staff

The suite we stayed in was roomy and clean, big balcany with a small pool. The poll area is lovely, very kid friendly and the entertainment in the evenings is very fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would love to come again.

Had tea and scones there very nice and tasty but very expensive it is in a good location central to shops and beach. Only visited once nice and clean not competitive at all with local cafes. The owners very friendly

Gabriela Arambillete war wohl die liebste und beste Dame im Zimmerservice, die ich auf all meinen Reisen kennen gelernt habe reichhaltiges Frühstück, perfekte Lage, riesiger Aussenpool und alles in einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Anbindung zu Shops etc. Perfekt. Kann mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Es war jetzt mein dritter Aufenthalt hier

Ha sido una experiencia estupenda, ya habíamos estado en el hotel y siempre ha estado genial, limpio, tranquilo... Pero ahora lo han reformado y ha sido estupendo, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, la guardería con rocódromo, sala de música, sala de cine,... Lo mejor de este hotel ha sido siempre el personal que tienen, son muy atentos y simpáticos. Desde las personas que limpian la habitación, los cocineros, camareros... Mención especial para los animadores tanto de pequeños como de adultos: Marina, Alejandro, Orlando, Raul, Betsi, Rosi, Diana, Axel, Virgi, espero no dejarme a ningun@... Siempre tan atentos y simpáticos. Es 100% recomendable vayas en familia o en pareja. Está muy bien situado y todo muy limpio.

Super contenta el hotel nos encantó, la animación en la piscina, la comida del buffet buenísima, empleados super agradables entre ellas destacar a Sandra camarera de piso ,Alisa de recepción.. En general encantada de la experiencia y volveré. Gracias

Хороший отель. Прекрасное месторасположение, первая линия. Выход через калитку прямо на пляж. Полотенца для пляжа и бассейна выдаются отелем.Очень приветливый персонал. На рецепшен работает очень милая и внимательная русскоговорящая девушка Женя, всегда готовая помочь.
