Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

We have had the most amazing time. Plentiful food for the 3 meals a day, each day is a different theme. The snack bar is well stocked with hot food and packaged refridgerated sandwiches and an extensive drinks menu throughout the day. You must try the barraquito at the pool bar. The whole animation team made us feel very welcome. Big shoutout to Alex and Alexandre for making us feel like family. The local shops are plentiful and all within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended and will be happily visiting again.

Very good resort, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean, good pool area, and loads to do. The entertainment group were great, always busy and getting people to do various activities, and the evening entertainment was always good. Always a good variety of food to choose from and the bbq option went down really well, as did the fresh pizzas. The location was ideal, as we were in the centre of everything, short walk to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants and cafes, and there's a main bus stop next door for excursions. The only downside was the WiFi, you had to sign back into it a lot and it could be slow at times, and the lack of air con in the room, however the fans did a good enough job. Would definitely stay here again in the future 😃

Brilliant location. Beach is literally 4/5 minutes walk. Right on the busy golden mile. Nice clean friendly staffed hotel. Rooms basic but you don’t spend much time in them anyway. Comfortable beds, decent showers. Take a kettle thought if you need your morning cuppa! Swimming pools were amazing! We didn’t spend much time in the salt water one with the slides, only due to the kids whinging about the taste ha! Being an English family and a very German hotel it was a little isolating for the children not being able to make friends (3&10) but this did not spoil anything. The entertainment team were fantastic! So friendly with children and adults. Food and drinks were decent, beer on tap and cocktails were lovely.

Absolutely amazing time!! The hotel and staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for you. The animation team were the best I've ever experienced (we all loved Francesca). The pools and pool bars were always clean and plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day. The restaurant had a good selection of food and plenty of choice for us. We will definitely be returning hopefully next year!!

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Great pools & wonderful Animation Team. Bar staff are amazing & so friendly as are the Reception Staff. The only let down was the food in the main restaurant on an Evening, there is not much to choose from & what there is it’s quite tasteless. Anyone with special dietary needs, would not have a good choice. I can’t comment about Breakfast, as we never ate it at the hotel. Snacks around the pool are great & so kid friendly. This hotel is not really suited for couples, it is however one for families, with kids of all ages. Overall have enjoyed our stay, would we return, no not really unless with kids.

We (me, my husband and our two boys) just spent 9 nights at this hotel! The location is perfect! Yes the rooms are a little outdated but have everything you need and are very clean! The food was good and everybody could find whatever they like! The staff at the reception were friendly! But the best thing were the shows and the whole animation team! Special thanks to Alexandre, Alessio and Lorenzo for making our stay unforgettable!!!! Also many thanks to the photographers, the pictures are unbelievable!!!! Gracias!

Myself my wife and daughter came to the hotel on June 1st, i must admit after reading reviews stating that the hotel and staff spot on,staff were polite and friendly hotel is designed Spanish style rooms are a bit dated but cleaned spotless daily, animation team were brilliant at there job, I agree with other reviews about the food there isn’t a lot of choice mostly chicken and fish plus unless you go up to the restaurant as soon as it opens you will end up eating luke warm food, we ended up eating out a lot which you shouldn’t have to being all inclusive, if it wasn’t for the food issue I would return to this hotel.
