Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

Отель популярных, большой, шумный, удобно расположен. Началось знакомство с отеля с негатива. Бронировали номер на 3х. Добрались до отеля в 2 часа ночи, благо ресепшен работает круглосуточно. Выданный номер встретил нас тараканами! На ресепшен не сильно охотно поменяли, сказав что мест особо нет, но выдали номер на 3м этаже с хорошим видом, где краешком видно море. Но в номере бельё было только на 2х. Будучи уставшими поделили 2 комплекта на 3х и с утра вернулись на ресепшен с просьбой выдать третий комплект. Однако, на ресепшен решили выдать нам другой просторный номер в соседних 2х-этажных корпусах с террасой на крыше. Что в принципе нас и устроило. Оказалось всё не так плохо, несмотря на то что отель не новый и довольно шумный. Номера просторные, есть оборудованная кухня, шум с улицы сильно не досаждал. Уборка несколько раз в неделю. Расположение у отеля хорошее, есть и где прокатную машину запарковать (после небольшого поиска свободного места), за углом большие магазины, автобусная остановка, до пляжа 5-7 минут пешком. Отдохнули хорошо! Цена в принципе соответствует уровню. Про питание ничего не скажу, т.к. брали без питания.

Good points: I booked this hotel without reading any reviews ( it’s just what I do ) but reading a few after the booking was made I en gonna lie I was worried and did look at upgrading to a different hotel but then thought no will have a look. Lovely smooth check In , went to the room 1404 top floor walked in and my first thought was this is lovely bathroom , shower , room and beds , awesome balcony views and Air Con which was perfect ,proof is in the pics. So we were very happy with it . Moving onto the restaurant all I’m going to say food was perfect , tasty plenty of choices and well presented again see pics. All inclusive drinks plenty of choices for the lady’s , cocktails, wines , shorts . Beer it’s ok the bar man was awesome makes his own cocktails very energetic and entertaining fun guy (I forgot his name ). Also a lot of bad reviews about the amount of groups of teenagers drinking and partying all day and night , this is true , but what do you expect ! It’s on the ***** very central location and yes these kids will party ! Didn’t any of you do the same ! Never bothered me and my wife we have 3 grown up boys ourselves and wouldn’t expect anything less and all the youngsters we come across were well mannered and polite. Bad point: To the manger sort out the pool side tables there is no where near enough I found this so frustrating as you would have to sit inside in 30 degree heat , or what we done was just went out if we couldn’t get a table. Little trick if your a foursome get your table at 7 pm that’s when they feed the wolves and space is available. But 2 should stay as it doesn’t take long for everyone to come back up . Then swop and you keep your table. But seriously BUY MORE TABLES there’s people sitting on pool tables little bins. Also upgrade them. The inside bar tables also need upgrading plenty of them but very dated. The snacks are ok as well ideal for putting some fruit , sandwiches and biscuits in your room for later. In addition there is a lovely potential sunbathing area on the top floor where you could put a few sunbeds up there and people could have a chill out some peace and quiet . I think you’re missing a trick here. Other than that a lovely holiday we enjoyed it and would book again.

It's funny regarding this hotel. I was dreading ut after reading the reviews. It's quite an old hotel that need freshening up,but my experience was different. I'm 60 plus in age to clarify. The room was cleaned 3 times and bedding/ towels etc were changed. We even said no to one morning as it wasn't necessary. The food was not great, but there was something there for everyone. I'm a very fussy eater. I stuck to what I knew...chips pasta etc There was a waitress there called Indria and a younger waiter that were very efficient and friendly. Alot of them weren't so happy in their jobs and wouldn't even smile. The lifeguard Victor was very kind and carried over a parasol to my sun bed. There were lots of them around the pool. Alot of them were brand new as labels still attached. It's a great base for exploring! Quite central to everything and within walking distance to sea front. It's true only single beds( husband not pleased) Also no air-conditioning so had to hire fan 30 Euros. Best money spent as it helped. Our room was 1246 and shower was lovely and bathroom clean( didn't see any cockroachs) We had a deal with the holiday ( Loveholidays) brilliant booking no problems...would highly recommend! On the whole it was acceptable. I also had difficulty uploading my pictures and videos that were useful to the public. To show that the hotel on the whole was ok and we found to be clean.

this hotel was hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed in , there is no double beds both singles for a couple isn’t nice , the maids only change your towels once a week maybe twice if you beg them; they don’t change your sheets just remake the bed. There is youngsters screaming all night and it doesn’t matter how many times you call or go down to reception they don’t do anything about it even when people are spitting and throwing food off of their balconies. On our last day we had payed for the full day but had to check out at 12am we had gone out and come back to our room at 10am and the maid had been in and thrown all our food and drink away even though we hadn’t checked out yet. cockroaches constantly , the shower was falling apart, toilet was leaking, the only nice staff was in the hotel shop , the location is amazing for night life but i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is my 3rd visit to las Piramides in 18 months it’s a really great place to stay the staff are very friendly from reception staff to the cleaners and the maids that cleaned the rooms the rooms are great I stayed in 1321 my only complaint is some of the other residents slamming doors at 3-4 in the morning can’t wait to visit again in December for 2 weeks

Returned from our holiday yesterday, after reading the reviews we were expecting shreks swamp and didn't have high hopes, we were pleasantly surprised our room was big and spacious the only thing that let it down was the lack of air con the only thing that woke us up in the night was sweating as the rooms are far too hot. The food wasn't to our taste but we had breakfast and lunch and most days, our evening meals we always ate out. The staff was very helpful when our keys didn't work. Would definitely stay here again but not in peak season as the rooms are far too hot and paying for a fan that circulates warm air back in the room isn't the one Would also be nice if you had the choice. to put the tv on and not have to pay for the remote control.

just come back after a weeks stay we looked at the reviews but we thought we would give it a go got there at 1pm told we could not get our room till 2pm so no problem the staff were great from the cleaners up to the people at reception we went all inclusive the food had a good selection from salads burgers lamb chops and a full english breakfast etc and you got a good selection of drinks the room was nice and tidy and was cleaned daily the pool area was nice and clean no air con in the rooms but we knew that anyway so not a problem yes you do get a few loud teenagers but you get them in the hotels round the area mixed age groups from young to the old we all had a good time thanks to everyone at the hotel will be coming back

This is an honest review of my experience. I read the reviews before booking but decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my self-catering studio was filthy—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and I doubt they even mopped the floors. There were footprints on my front door, and bugs were running around. To top it off, I woke up to what I believe was a cockroach casually sitting on my bedside table. There was no air conditioning in the room, and I had to pay a non-refundable €20 to rent a portable fan from reception. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is €20 for 7 days, and it only works on one device, meaning you can’t even share it with family or friends. I would not recommend this place.
