Love this place. Great value, basic apartments with a really nice pool. Good pool bar where you can get a drink & something to eat. Near enough to walk to local shops, bars & restaurants. Ten minutes to the beach. Several nice beaches a short walk away. Water parks and many excursions are easy to book& get to.

CREEPY RECEPTION!!! HAD TO HAVE CHAIR AND TABLE AGAINST DOOR BECAUSE THE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK PROPERLY!!!! ANTS ON COUNTERTOP SHOCKING!!! I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE SCARED IN MY LIFE TO GO TO SLEEP IN CASE SOMEONE CAME IN TO THE ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely apartment , we arrived sat and cleaners have been in everyday , staff are friendly and pool bar is nice ,,our apartment is on the main rd so was noisy on sat night but been fine since, plenty to do and see only thing i would say is the bath needs to be updated

Great bargain apartment complex. Basic apartments need updating but all you need is provided. Beds a bit uncomfortable but Sangria helps. A really pleasant pool area with space to relax on your sunbed. No silly queues or rows of people and the poolside bar is fantastic. It’s run by a really nice man who is friendly and the food is lovely. We will definitely return.

the apartment we stayed in , desperately needs updating, when sunbathing, the best spots were outside occupied apartments. The bar was lovely and the bartender was friendly and attantive, this was the best part of the complex. The reception staff were rude, negative and not at all helpful

Honestly after reading these reviews we had major anxiety about the place. We went as a group of friends just for some cheap winter sun! Upon arrival the entrance is slightly hidden and dingy but as soon as you walk through to the pool the complex is actually very nice. The staff are not the most attentive but also not the worst! Apartments are very basic but the room and balcony sizes are actually really big and from our experience was very clean. The nightclub which is situated outside the complex was slightly annoying but as a group of young 20 year olds nothing a couple of drinks could not drown out. I think if you was going on a family holiday this would not be the place for you if its hard for children to fall asleep ect- however the complex is actually mainly privately owned apartments. Unfortunately I would say the beds are not the comfiest but when you are only there for a short amount of time and also for how cheap we actually got the package holiday you really cant complain. If you are expecting 5 star beds you pay for 5 star beds! Overall from the reviews I read I really was expecting to have to check out after day 1 but we was all really Impressed. There is no aircon so probably in summer not the most ideal but if you are going in the slightly cooler seasons with a group of friends I would highly recommend as literally a 5 minute walk to the strip and siam park.
