Hotel Pabisa Chico

We stayed in early July and booked half board which was really reasonable. The hotel isn’t adults only but it is quieter with less families which was nice for us as a couple. The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful after a bit of a set back on our first night. We were woken up by a very loud group of German lads next door who had come in from their night out and were being a nuisance on the balcony. The hotel staff were unable To move us until the next day as the hotel was full but told them to be quiet which helped us sleep! Next day we were moved to an upgraded room with a view of the sea and pool and a window in the bathroom so cannot fault how quickly this was sorted! Both rooms lovely and clean no complaints at all there. Nice to have a mini fridge we could stock with beers and enjoy on our new much quieter balcony. Air con was fine too The pool is small but nice for what we needed just the odd dip and there is usually enough sun beds to go round and there aren’t people being annoying reserving them! Also cute resident cat that comes out in the evenings! Didn’t use the shop or pool bad but looked reasonable and well stocked. As two vegetarians eating aboard can be tricky anyway so I did email ahead to advise and request there was food available for us. Breakfast every day was great cheeses, fruits, beans and eggs and potatoes, pastries, cereal and yoghurt. Lovely coffee machine and machine which made fresh smoothies and Cold water. Dinner time was not so great. The salads every day I have to say were so nice very very fresh and great choice that varied each day. For us the hot food was disappointing. Almost everything has meat or fish we ate rice, pasta and potatoes with veg basically everyday which wasn’t brilliant. What we had was nice but not much variation. The worst part was that hardly anything is labelled to tell you what in it and sometimes due to language barrier the staff can’t really tell you. I don’t think a little label would go a. Miss so we know what we can eat and it also worried me as there were things with nuts and dairy not labelled so not sure how people with allerigies meant to know? Desserts were really nice though but again we had to be on the safe side and have things we thought were veggie as we couldn’t be sure. Another gripe with dinner service is that the waiter refused to serve us tap water and insisted they only had bottled water which is quite amazing as there is a water machine that is turned on in the Same room every breakfast? I like water with my meals and didn’t particularly want to pay for overpriced bottled water and I’m sure there is laws in Spain surrounding this now?? Despite this the hotel was ina. Great location for us. You will be in the minority as a Brit but staff can speak English and the German people didn’t not bother us at all. It is far enough away from the nightclubs so you don’t hear them and can get a good sleep. Beach st the end of the road is nice enough and lots of superma

i non general all the employees fantastic; Marina at the Bar by the swimming pool just great she is professional and very very polite her service is great ; good , good, good , I recommend this hotel and I hope Marina will do a good correra in hospitality

Excellent staff. Myself and 4 friends stayed to celebrate our significant birthdays. The staff are excellent. Friendly, attentative and very competent. Three in particular stand out. Marina, Mercedes and Jose. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

From reception to restaurant to the bar, every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Marina, Gorges, Vasil and Lizardo who were extra kind to our children and made us all feel very welcome (plus others whose names I can’t remember). There were some issues with noisy neighbours and air con in our room, but the hotel moved us to another room the very next day. The down side for us was that the hotel allows in large groups of young men who when going to the poolside, getting very drunk, chanting very loudly and playing ball games in the pool that were disrupting the peace and at times putting the children at risk with their behaviour. The hotel is very close to the German version of Magaluf (we did not know this when we booked), so these kind of people are probably the hotel’s main customer. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The hotel was very clean.

Cibo ottimo e curato; personale gentile e disponibile; camere pulite e ottima posizione. Consigliato per una vacanza tra amici o con il partener. Il personale cucina è molto disponibile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti. Lo consiglio vivamente

La limpieza en las habitaciones inexistente, las camas sólo estiradas. Durante 16 días no han limpiado el espejo del baño ni han fregado el suelo. Todos los días había para comer alitas de pollo y el personal estaba entretenido entre ellos. Lo único que se salva es la recepción. Somos clientes del Pabisa Bali y desde luego que no tiene nada que ver. Volveremos al Bali pero nunca más al Chico. Un desastre.

Scrivo questa recensione dopo aver approfondito la questione, a seguito del mio rientro. Ottima posizione, strutture pulita e fornita. Devo però, a malincuore, segnalare il comportamento non pertinente e professionale di un membro dello staff di sala (zona ristorazione): la persona in questione, senza il mio permesso, ha ricercato il mio nominativo a computer e ha usato termini confidenziali e non appropriati nei miei riguardi, ripetutamente, non conoscendomi. Ho cercato di approfondire la cosa per comprenderne le motivazioni e, a valutazioni fatte, purtroppo non posso che riportare quanto occorso.

Muy bien el hotel, las habitaciones y todo el personal del hotel, especialmente Marina, la chica que atiende el bar de la piscina, súper agradable y atenta. Siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada.

La habitación está bien y la atención recibida por los camareros ha sido genial destacando a MARINA y MARIA. NO es un hotel para españoles, los horarios son inadecuados( comida de 13-14h y cena hasta las 20:30h).Son malos horarios compatibles para ir a la playa o piscina aunque sean los adaptados para los alemanes del hotel q total les da igual porque no paran de beber cerveza dentro de la piscina. El TODO ICLUIDO sólo sirve para las bebidas del comedor o algún combinado sin alcohol o café, no hay casi snaks solo algún bikini y ensalada de garbanzos o por la tarde galletas y café. NO HAY NINGUNA ANIMACION NI DIURNA NI NOCTURNA. Hemos estado 5 veces en la isla en diferentes hoteles y por eso después de comparar lo hemos valorado bajo; como dicho anteriormente lo mejor la atención y amabilidad del personal
