Not sure how to rate this hotel… looks very nice! But unfortunately it’s extremely poorly made. The doors are thin hollow core doors so you can hear everything. The window on your room just looks right into the hallway…. Just about everything in our room was broken. (Door handles, tv, lights, faucet, toilet) we’re all broken… some of the staff was exceptional while the others were far from it.

The room have the wc and the shower in two different area the washer is in the middle the bed are in the middle two usb A type are in the middle but if you use the ac plug the usb doesn’t work. In the morning many cock are singing. The breakfast is only salad in a tipical restaurant near the hotel and start at 7:30. They clean only a lit bit of the room, dont’ change the towel and dont’ give as the shower product. The people at coircerge are very unfriendly , we ask for late check out the evening before we leave and is available for all the room in the morning the late checkout is available for only three room, because they dont’have the cleaning people. But the other room are available for extra night on booking, we propose to book in the hotel reception but no discount are applied, the price on the reception is higher than booking. If you lost the key you must pay a fee

I had a one night layover and this place worked perfect. It’s about 45 minutes from Cancun airport, the hotel is centrally located with about a four minute walk to the beach. Don’t expect anything special in the lobby or free coffee, etc. but The rooms are very clean, nice, and seemed new and were actually quiet in the middle of the night. All the restaurants are within a five minute walk.

Terrible in all respects. We had booked 21 days stay but after 5 nights checked out and moved to another hotel. The hotel has ignored all of ******* and our attempts to contact them for a refund. The water was shut off on 3 different days. Towel (one each) stained and frayed. Front desk refused to give us another towel for the pool. The pool is TINY and completely unusable if you can’t step down 15” into the pool with no handrail reachable, then a further 3’ down into the pool. No steps, ladder or any way to get out safely. Breakfast provided is a 2 block walk and is the cheapest, most basic fare. The hotel management has ignored every attempt we have made to contact them regarding a refund, up to and including the BFH hotel President. Do not stay here.

this hotel just has everything you need. It’s got a great location just off the fifth Avenue shopping district. Go up to the rooftop and you can see the ocean. The staff are incredible. Outstanding service. The rooms are actually quite spacious and well laid out. it can be a little noisy. Be ready for the sounds of roosters and apparently a monkey in the area. You may hear doors shut down the hall, or guests coming back from the bars, but all in all it’s manageable. I slept with your plugs, so it was no problem. Be prepared for only one key per room. This part was a little hard. With two guests in each room in our family group, we had to coordinate who had the key. Having at least one key per person would definitely be something they should consider. It was also difficult to get extra towels. You will be charged. So just little things like that. Have a heads up on, but not a dealbreaker. We are having a great time!

Hotel declined my paid reservation and sent me to a rundown hotel that had been closed by order of municipal authorities. But charged my credit card for the reservation and has for 3 weeks ignored my complaint and refused any refund. molto economico, moderno in ottima posizione. Credo che in agosto abbiamo fatto un importante cambio di gestione. Ci sono tante cosine da sistemare, ma vista la strepitosa disponibilità del personale, do comunque tre stelle. Consiglierei di chiedere al cliente qualche euro in più, per migliorare la colazione, l’insonorizzazione delle camere, wi fi e condizionatore! Comunque io ci tornerei volentieri
