So much we loved here so summarised in bullet points * All accomodation on ground floor so no fighting for lifts * 4 star adults only resort - very quiet when we visited early sept which was a little surprising...so no noise at night etc. * Lovely pools and jacuzzis, fab layout and loads of sunloungers - no fighting to reserve a spot with your towel like some places. * Reception staff extremely helpful * Relaxed chilled out atmosphere * Cleanliness very good. * very close to yumbo centre which is what we wanted but not too close to get the noise. Points for improvement some of the pillows in the room could do with replacing. Sun umbrellas by the pool very unstable we thought they were going to topple over at some point. Washing machine is provided and the maintenance man put a load of clothes on for us - unfortunately the washing power he put in must have been a whitener with bleach as 2 of my t shirts were ruined with marks on them from the oxy detergent used. So if you want to use the laundry there for 10 euros take your own washing detergent as resort said it was included in the cost but this had unintended consequences for my tshirts.

Fantastic accommodation, great location, great facilities, immaculate in cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, lovely shower, welcoming air conditioning….the list is endless! The pool is welcoming and loungers always available with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing place it’s like staying in a beach club. Perfect pool jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers in a beautiful setting. Rooms immaculate beds soooo comfy. All staff so accommodating especially Valeria at pool bar makes amazing cocktails we were addicted to the Sanom covktail. Close to all nightlife but very quiet in resort. 💯we will defo be back 👍🏼

＞Great, Immaculately clean, modern with lovey staff, good location. Recently (in the last year?) refurbished so everything is CLEAN and Modern. Both Rooms and grounds (inc neat AstroTurf that was very clean and slip free!) Table and chairs outside your door semi-private (some rooms surround the pool) Sunchairs around the pool (but still some 'towel savers' occurred-BAD!!) Big Warm proper swimming pool Big bedroom with mini fridge, Big clean bathroom with double walk in shower, very Hot and powerful water (rain and wand in the shower). Both rooms were modern, clean and fresh. White all round. Good comfortable (double) twin beds Very efficient air conditioning Big double wardrobe for hanging with hangers provided Kettle and Cups (some coffee pods upon arrival) Powerful Hairdryer Room was cleaned every day to a high standard (hang request tag on door) Grounds were cleaned every day ALL staff smiley and happy Reception staff said hello and acknowledged EVERY time, and were VERY helpful. Good, Quiet location Adults only resort so was quiet and peaceful why the minus -1 The safe is Three Euros PER DAY to hire (Expensive cost over two weeks -bad impression). The walk in shower needs a water lip, but the floor towel stops the trickle of water Sly News is the only British speaking TV channel (dozens of German!) Interconnect door (between adjoining apartments) whilst key locked it would be assuring to see a physical bolt lock on the door. Wifi was free and worked (eventually with help of the staff!) but was a very over complicated way to sign in ＞Sunbeds around the pool were' blocked' by the usual anti-social towel hogs - these SHOULD be removed by staff as there are not enough sunbeds on a sunny day. SUMMARY: The rooms and complex were on par with Four Star hotels we've stayed in Remove the silly little things (safe hire Fee, Retune the TV etc, stop sunbed blocking) and this would be a straight 100% tip; do not book with ******* as their fee does not include breakfast WOULD recommend to stay again :-)

Think twice about staying here. Wi-Fi and TV don't work in the room despite 3 days since I arrived to get it fixed. When I got serious with the reception, they left a bottle of wine in the room, nice, but insufficient after 3 days of hassle and Internet still not working. I had to pay to get additional data with my provider. Cleaning questionable and missed every day to refill the coffee cups. The worse of all is when taking a shower and when you are done, the water is running into the room. The bathroom ended up like a swimming pool, and I had to dry the floor with the towels. I came to relax and not having to speak to reception every day to get things fixed, when I expected basis to be working. NOT WORTHY €160 a night. The facilities in the complex are OK, but the swimming pool is full of tree leaves and god knows what.
