I really enjoyed my time hear,it was a little quiet but that suited me.Nice staff throughout, but Ada in reception was the stand out for me.She was really engaging, professional and so obliging and exemplifies everything that front of house should be.The room was spacious with a double bed and separate sitting area and balcony.The pool area was nice,and ghe food area by the pool was adequate too.I felt very relaxed and most importantly Valued as a customer. Two friends who stayed in another hotel came to see my room and hotel facilities and said they would definitely consider staying at Ritual Maspalomas next time when in Gran Canaria.Thanks again to Ada and all the team and Il be back.

We loved this hotel. The staff were lovely & helpful. It’s noisy from the Yumbo - loud music until 5AM - this isn’t the hotels fault but please take ear plugs with you unless you are out every night. We couldn’t keep up ? The pool was lovely - the often closed earlier but that was ok. We would go back - it was a good location - but lacked a good spa like the Rituals in Torremolinos . We were a bit cold at night as the beds only had single sheets - the WiFi was good - I managed to FaceTime home & download a film. The cleaning staff were lovely

First off, we didn't plan to stay at this hotel so I can't give an accurate review of what it would be like to stay for a holiday but we were very happy with what we got. Our flight got cancelled due to a storm in the UK so we managed to get rooms here at midnight for a decent price (€150 for a twin apartment) for a last minute, one-night-only stay. These aren't rooms so much as mini apartments and you get a bedroom (twin beds in our case), a lounge/diner area, balcony, and bathroom. Everywhere was clean and tidy, if a little dated (the wardrobe doors were starting to look tired but there was a lot of space inside). The beds were comfortable and a welcome relief after a stressful day of cancelled travel. This hotel is obviously geared towards those who want to party and/or entertain whoever they meet and it's adults only for that reason. There are leaflets for cabaret nights and boat parties in reception if you want that kind of thing, or maybe one of the advertised massages is more your choice of relaxation? The decor is colourful and the bathroom comes complete with shiny and mirrored walls that cover every angle! The kitchen facilities are basic with a fridge, hot plate, and a couple of utilities but I reckon that most people who stay here aren't going to be cooking grand meals in the apartment. As for the location, it's very convenient to the nightlife and it backs on to the Yumbo Centre, which is a literal 2 minute walk away. This of course comes with added noise from the bars but with the windows and balcony doors shut, that wasn't an issue. It might be different on hot nights so maybe invest in some ear plugs if you're trying to get a good night's sleep, although that may not be the intention for everyone here! The pool looked nicely maintained and the poolside bar (complete with attractive barman) was open in the morning, so you could start your day early if you like. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too, so we have no complaints. I appreciate that not every room in a hotel will be to the same standard but ours were satisfactory and we were glad of having somewhere to stay that was within a few minutes walk of the bus stop so we could get back to the airport in the morning! Although we were travelling with family this time round, my partner and I are seriously considering staying here in future when we go away with just the two of us. We didn't take any photos as we were tired and just needed to get in and get out without too much mucking about.

Not a hotel - better described as serviced apartments. The apartments are shabby and lack basic amenities like a fridge or kettle, which is really surprising given the price. Pool area very tired. Location good but you can hear the Yumbo until 6am. Some staff are friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again because the price doesn’t reflect the amenities and service.
