Las Brisas Resort and Villas

For our first ever visit to Costa Rica, our experience at Las Brisas Resort and Villas was exceptional. The property is beautifully nestled in a quiet spot away from other hotels and the service was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of . . . From the spacious living space to the comfortable bed to personal breakfasts every morning to valuable advise on sightseeing and other activities in the area, and so much more! The owners were so cordial and friendly; they really extended a personal level of hospitality that we have never experienced before. We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary while there and they went out of the way to ensure that it was a memorable one. When our week had come to an end we secretly wished we could stay a few more days. We did not want it to end. The main property was undergoing renovations while we were there so those villas were not occupied. It might have been nice to have more people around but our days were spent off property enjoying the beauty of Costa Rica and its culture anyway.

I've just spent 4 days here and couldn't be happier. They include a wonderful breakfast and I felt I had my own bartender and cook at my disposal. They'll do anything they can to help you. As an example I was having trouble with the internet and they placed an internet link right outside my door.

Stay at Las Brisas and you will have the most tranquil, relaxing vacation of your life! My boyfriend and I booked our stay through their website and enjoyed selecting from the beautiful variety of poolside suites. Breakfast is included during your stay and the food is absolutely delicious! They have a wider menu so you can order additional food if you please for lunch, dinner or a snack. The drinks are great, too! The bar is right next to the pool. The staff and owner were so accommodating. Jaco is a small beach town and Las Brisas feels like an oasis. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We can't wait to return and stay at Las Brisas again!

I am SO glad I did not book in Jaco. We drove down the main drag on our way in, and it was so depressing and uninviting. Driving 4K down the road to this place was a relief. On a quiet little road running up from a wild beach, it is a clean little oasis with a sparkling pool and cheery rooms Breakfast is good, and the managers are friendly. A good value! Went up the road TWICE for sushi so never had to go into Jaco again.

We rented Villa Tucan for five people. Lovely house, very comfortable, well equiped kitchen. Lovely terrace on the roof top where we enjoyed barbecueing (bring your own charcoil). The place has nice gardens and clean pool. Breakfast is pretty good too. We highly recommed this hotel.

Originally had our stay booked for 3 nights and we ended up extending it twice for a total of 8 nights! We just didn't want to leave. From check in to check out the place was amazing. Breakfast every morning was absolutely fantastic and I just can not say enough nice things about the staff. Diana and Mikey (the managers) were welcoming and went above and beyond with making us feel right at home and like family. They were extremely helpful with guidance both at the property and with advice when we went either into town or to the beach. Just absolutely wonderful. Tabitha, Josie, William and the rest of the daily crew were over the top as well with service and so so friendly! We will be back again and again! While we loved the quaintness of the small property, the staff really knocked it out of the ball park for us! Can't wait to visit again and see all the amazing things they have planned!
